Love this book!

I am a massage therapist who is a firm believer in trigger point therapy and is benefits! I highly recommend seeking professional advice before applying your own trigger point therapy at home, otherwise you may worsen your condition. A therapist with the right education (usually a neuromuscular therapist) can guide you through trigger point release as well as recommendations for at home therapy application. Remember, never take someone else's word for it unless they have performed your bodywork and are familiar with your case. This method is only truly effective when applied safely and under direct care of a therapist. Best of luck and may you get the relief you deserve!

To the point, easy read!

Quick read and to the point with illustrations for self application. The author clearly lists the top pain triggers with cause and effects and doesn’t drown you in medical terminology.

It's not very well-written, which makes it hard to understand what he's describing sometimes. And somebody along the process should have checked all the "affect/effect" instances. There is some interesting information here, though, but I think it might be better to skip this one and start with something a little more thorough.
