Wow - this book was amazing. The illustrations are fantastic - well done Peter Kavanagh and the writing superb. I loved the chapter numbers; shiver one to shiver three and how it ties in with the story so well. The book is about the naughtiest class in the school, Class Three. They are so naughty that their homeroom teacher Miss Nicely even gives up teaching and walks out. Miss Shade (ghost) comes along and shows the children exactly how they behaved, what they could expect in the future and what tremendous effort teachers actually put into lessons, before being fobbed off by the children. An excellent book and as I teacher, I could so relate to Miss Nicely.
