There were some problems Skee-Ball and beer just couldn’t fix.

Being with Camden was everything Riley ever wanted… and so much more. More stress, more money, more family, more obstacles, but also more love. Oh, and more sex. That too. No one had ever made Riley feel so needed, and perhaps that was the problem. Now facing a new job, new responsibilities, and a new life with her fiancé, Riley quickly begins to feel overwhelmed. The only thing she isn’t unsure of is her love for Camden. But love can only take her so far.

Camden wants to make everything easy for Riley. He wants to fix all her problems, take away all her stress, make life easy for her, and give her all the orgasms, but he’s quickly realizing that Riley’s biggest issues—the ones that make her doubt herself—can’t be fixed by anyone but her. That doesn’t stop him from trying. She’s an independent woman, but that doesn’t mean he can’t spoil her every now and then.

Riley’s going to have to accept that Camden loves making her life easier, and Camden’s going to have to realize that she only gives in because she loves him. But when the past comes back to disrupt Riley’s future, Camden will have no choice but to let his fierce partner and fiancée handle her shit.

Will Riley be able to let the past go? Will Camden’s need to take care of Riley push her too far? Will their love for each other be enough?

I'm sorry to say this but I did not care for this book at all and I'm done with this series. Just such a disappointment. So much time wasted. I loved the hero in book one but in this book he absolutely took away the heroine's freedom of choice or input. I wanted to do him bodily harm for being so dense and not giving the heroine any choices in their home, their wedding, their honeymoon.

If a man did to me some of the things the hero did I would not have married him. He thinks everything he does needs to be a surprise so she won't stress and in my opinion she seemed much more stressed when she didn't know what was going on...so he surprised her with a house HE WANTED without her having any input and she was too meek to speak up and when she did speak up he paid no attention. Then he surprised her with a housewarming party without her knowledge on the day they got the keys...and they weren't even moved in. Next, he does work on the new house while she is out of town. Once again no input from her. Then behind her back he plans a surprise wedding with a surprise honeymoon. Does this idiot not think that the heroine would like to be involved in the planning stages? To have some type of say so in their life. You just can't make everything all right by hopping in the sack and doing the deed a half dozen times a day. The house was not even what she wanted but she was the good little mouse and agreed to it and every other thing he wanted. I hated it. I can't believe he did all those things and not think that she would like to be involved. It sickened me. When I first read book one I thought our heroine was strong and had a mind of her own. What the heck happened to her in book two? She turned into some meek and mild doormat.

I am so upset by this alpha crap and all the drivel. I honestly can't personally recommend this book but I am pretty much alone in my view of this story which is kind of shocking. I was surprised that no one seemed to pick up all those decisions he made on his own. He did it to relieve his stress but I feel it just showed his ignorance.

Read at your won risk!!

***ARC provided in exchange for an honest review - Naomi / Scandalous Book Blog***

This book is a continuation of Kiss Cam...It could be read as a standalone but I would advise against it.
I loved Kiss Cam, so when I heard this book was on its way I couldn't help get a little excited.
Riley and Cam have had a whirlwind romance and got engaged at the end of book 1, so what did the future hold for them?

Riley already got her promotion at work, so when the boss asks her to help plan her best friends wedding she knows she will do it well...however there is one problem...she would have to travel back to Arizona. She left Arizona with no intention of going back, this is the place where it all started, she was made to feel inadequate, bullied and left feeling alone.
Her past demons threatening her future...What will she do? Not only does she have the stress of her job, she has other things on her mind to a new home, her friends and family and her own wedding.

Cam knows that this is a massive thing for Riley to overcome and he will support her anyway she needs. He knows that he cant push her to fight the demons for fear of her getting spooked, hut he also knows she has the strength to overcome them. She just needs to believe in herself.

Their relationship just goes from strength to strength in this book. Yes there is a bit of drama but the perfect fairy tale love story shines through.
Everyone deserves a love like theirs and the Ending was just perfect!!!

Just when I thought Riley and Camden’s story couldn’t get any more blissfully satisfying, Riled Up comes along and fills my heart with so much love and raw emotion that I don’t think I’ll ever stop grinning. Anie Michaels delivers one huge happy sigh with the second part of this couple’s inimitable journey, serving up all of the sass, humor and utter sweetness I’ve come to adore from Riley, Camden and the rest of their crazy crew. I fell in love with Camden and Riley’s electric chemistry and unmistakable connection all over again, feeling the authenticity of the emotions Anie Michaels seems to have so effortlessly captured deep down in my soul. Charming, magical, and beautifully real, this novel is undoubtedly one of Anie Michaels' best works yet.

Where Kiss Cam was fun, sexy and adorable, Riled Up was raw, real and vulnerable. Anie Michaels took Riley and Camden on a journey that was easy to relate to, expertly exposing Riley’s insecurities and allowing readers a deeper look at her past and the experiences that have not only shaped Riley as a character, but influenced her relationship with Camden as well. I adored getting to see Riley a little unhinged and a whole lot overwhelmed, feeling like I truly understood her and could completely connect with her in an entirely new way. Riley’s character growth also challenged Camden to be there for Riley, share her burden and remind her that it’s ok to just let go and lean on someone else. There was a sense of healing and moving forward that I got with this novel that was as entirely welcome as it was wholly unexpected.

In true Anie Michaels fashion, the heartfelt emotion and swoon-worthy sweetness of Riley and Camden’s story was perfectly balanced with plenty of witty banter and delightfully dirty encounters. The colorful cast of secondary characters brought tons of laughter and levity to Riley and Camden’s world too and left me desperate for more of their stories. Paced to be devoured, I could not put down this book! Riled Up had me experiencing the full spectrum of emotions (including some serious happy tears) and left my heart feeling so incredibly full. Anie Michaels brought Camden and Riley full circle with this novel, delivering the kind of happily ever after every romance reader dreams about. Riled Up is the perfect conclusion to this couple’s phenomenally entertaining and uniquely enchanting journey and a definite five star read from Anie Michaels!

Riled Up is the second book in the With A Kiss series by one of my favorite authors. Anie Michaels first introduced us to Cameron and Riley in the Passion in Portland Anthology. It was the beginning of their story, it could have also been the end. I am not sure if Anie's plan was to write more or if her fans wanted more and she delivered. But, either way, thank you Anie!

Camden and Riley's lives changed six months ago. One basketball game. One kiss. It changed their lives forever. Their pieces have been a whirlwind ever since and they wouldn't change it for the world. They found each other. Their love is everything. It's beautiful. It's crazy. It's sexy. It's fun. Its what dreams are made of in their book. But, in other aspects of Riley's life, she is feeling overwhelmed. She is an event planner. It's full of pressure to get things done but when she gets the opportunity to work along side her boss, it kicks it up a notch. It makes her face her past. A past she has been avoiding for almost ten years. Will this cause her to go over the edge or force her to let go of her past and move on with her future? After all...she has her own wedding to plan!

Awww...Camden and Riley are so fucking adorable. Camden is such a sweetheart and his surprises are epic. He might be sweet but he is also part alpha when he needs to be. He wants Riley to be happy. It's all he has ever wanted and will do anything to make her smile. To feel loved. To feel wanted. He hates seeing her stressed out. Riley is feeling the pressure of everything, even some good surprises cause her to freak out. She is strong though. She just needs to remember what's at the end of the tunnel.

Overall...It's a beautiful conclusion to their story. It's full of heart, heat, sweetness, and surprises! I just love this couple and their friends. I hope to see all of them again. I know there are more stories to tell. And Anie also delivers.

Quotes:

“I’m not good at relationships, Riley. I’m good at being with you. With you is the only place I need to be.”

“How in the world did I get lucky enough to brainwash you into loving me?”
“It’s your ass, babe. Grade A.”
“Shut up,” I said with more laughter, wiping tears from my cheeks.

“Is the counselor willing to enter into negotiations?” I teased.
“Welcome home sex and hot lawyer talk? You’re too good to me, babe.”

I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.

Have you read the first book in this series, Kiss Cam? Well if you have not, be sure and run out and read it. It was fantastic. It was full of a sweet, romance between two people who were meant to be and when it ended I thought that was it and I had to wait for the besties to find love. But no, the author wrote Riled Up as a part two and it starts 3 months after the events in the first book.

Can this book stand alone? probably though the first book is so terrific, I really suggest you read it first or you are missing some of the magic of that story. In Kiss Cam, Camden and Riley meet, fall in love and face obstacles, namely Cam's obstacles like his wealthy parents and his snooty ex girlfriend and Riley's insecurities. They get thru it beautifully because they communicate so well and at the end of Kiss Cam they plan to move in together and they get engaged.

In Riled Up, they are engaged and very happy. Riley still works for the same company and they still have their own apartments. But Camden wants a place for him and Riley and so they start house shopping. All the changes in Riley's life give her a lot of stress. And then her boss asks her to work on a very important wedding in Arizona, where Riley grew up and that tosses her past in her face.

So in this book Riley is facing a coming wedding, a new job and new home and she also is having to face her past. This book is really her story. Camden is loving her and very supportive and he is the perfect fiancee in this story and he really understands Riley. So he also knows what she needs before she does and he wants to make her dreams come true.

This story was so sweet and really a gift. It really explores Riley and makes her face her past and we get to meet her mother and see how far she really has come. We also get to meet her baby brother and Rachel, Jasper, Meg and the mayor are back for some hijinks and I totally loved it.

It is well written, has humor and lots and lots of romance Camden style, which I beyond loved. Riley is one lucky woman and now I really cannot wait for the besties romance.

I so love this couple. We followed their meeting and wild ride to become a couple in Kiss Cam and Riled Up picks up where book 1 left off. Cam and Riley are engaged and living the dream; well so of. Home life is great but Riley is dealing with the stress of her new job promotion. Especially when her boss picks her for a special project which forces Riley to come face to face with her past and all the horrors she has never put behind her. And of course Cam being Cam wants to help her through it but his hands are tied.

Needless to say the story is a bit suspenseful, a tad traumatic but a whole lot of Crazy Fun. But what else could it be when you put together a very talented author (the amazing Annie Michaels), a super sexy (almost perfect) guy in Cam, an independent yet slightly fragile girl (Riley) and a wildly funny and supportive group of friends in Hadley, Justin, Jasper, Rachel, Tripp and the rest of the gang.

If you haven’t read Kiss Cam, grab it up and then follow it up with Riled Up, you won’t be disappointed. This reader can’t recommend this book and series enough and hopes the author has plans for the rest of the gang’s HEA’s.

"Riled Up" is the delightfully sexy follow-up to "Kiss Cam" with a "After the Happily Ever After" storyline. Anie Michaels uses this book to cement Cam and Riley's relationship and her insecurities while introducing future romantic couples. "Kiss Cam" MUST ABSOLUTELY be read BEFORE "Riled UP"; no if, ands or buts. Happily Anie Michaels doesn't throw any wrenches into Cam and Riley's relationship. All conflicts are regarding how Riley comes to grips with her insecurities and dealing with the stresses of "Adulting". Cam and Riley're adorable and sexy as ever. In this installment of the With a Kiss series we're introduced to Riley's mother, brother, and a few new friends. Riley's boss plays a big role in this book and she's witty and surprisingly fun. This novel's really enjoyable but it's more of a re-visit and setting up-coming characters into place. I wanted a bit more substance.
"Riled Up" is light and a lovely opportunity to re-enter Riley and Cam's lives. The story is mostly sexy and romantic and most definitely a ton of fun. However it gets a hefty dose of tear-jerking sentimentality. We learn the details which formed Riley's intense issues of monetary self-worth and why they hit her insecurities so hard. I really enjoyed revisiting Anie Michael's With a Kiss series once again and hope to do so again very soon. "Riled Up" is definitely very entertaining and charming but needs more intense conflict, to give it much needed zing. That would to ramp up the rating for me. I really do love these characters and their witty, sexy, and super romantic world!

This was a great read. You must read Kiss Cam first. Loved Camden and Riley's story as it continues in Riled Up. The banter between them was great and how can you not love Riley's BFF Hadley? Very well written. A must read.

I loved Kiss Cam so I was very excited when I received an ARC of Riled up for an honest review. Riled up is the continuation of Camden and Riley’s story. The two are now engaged and negotiating their lives.

Riley has been promoted and is asked to join her boss to assist with the planning of a wedding in Arizona. Riley left Arizona and hasn’t returned due to bad experiences when she was younger. She is working on fighting her own demons while being overwhelmed with work, family and the planning of a wedding.

Camden is loving and sweet and only has Riley’s best interests at heart. He helps her deal with her insecurities and will do everything and anything possible to relieve her stress.

Everyone needs a Camden in their life - a man who takes care of every need for the person he loves. The vows in the book are beautiful -“I’m going to bust my ass to provide for you, not because you can’t provide for yourself but because I want to give you everything I can. It’s the least I can do since you’ve given me everything I’ve ever dreamed of.”

I absolutely loved this book and I hope that we see this wonderful couple in possibly future stories. I for one cannot wait for Ms. Michael’s next release.

We begin Camden and Riley's journey in Kiss Cam. Which I recommend reading before Riled Up.

Camden and Riley's relationship is in full bloom and growing stronger each and every day. With a new job, new responsibilities, and a new step into their relationship Riley is starting to feel overwhelmed and stressed. Riley knows she can depend on Camden to help her get through these new obstacles, however sometimes you need to figure stuff out on your own. When a chance encounter brings someone from the past back into your life it becomes a sink or swim mode of survival to overcome the stress weighing you down. Can the new obstacles Riley and Camden are handed help build their relationship or break them down? Find out when you read Riled Up.

I can't begin to type what I feel about this book. The story line grabs you from book one and Riled Up leaves you wanting more. I absolutely enjoyed the journey of Camden and Riley. I am so looking forward to more books with these same characters.

I highly recommend any and all of Anie Michaels books.

We first met Riley and Camden in Kiss Cam earlier this year.
I love Anie Michaels and her book, but I felt something was missing in that book. Not sure I can put my finger on what tho. I did like the book and the characters and the story was sweet.

BUT now after Reading Riled Up, WOW!! This book is so much better then the first one, I LOVED IT!
A certain coment by Hadley to Riley on the airport really won me over, waterworks and everything.
Instant tears, but pure joy and happy memories.

When I first heard that Anie was going to publish this book I wasn't sure if I were going to read it (well- I'd be fooling myself, I would read it since it is a Anie Michaels book but I would have waited a longer time before Reading it) But then something made me change my mind, and boy am I glad I did

This sweet romantic comedy was the sequel to Kiss Cam. I loved to see Camden and Riley's relationship grow. Camden was the sweetest to Riley. You can tell she was everything to him. They had a lot of hot sex too! I didn't feel like there was too much conflict in this book. It was a very light read.

Some things that made me rate this a four star is I felt like some things were not complete. I wanted Riley to complete the event she was working on with Rose. I wanted more closure with Penelope. I feel like these things could have easily been addressed in a prologue. I also feel like there was two relationships with side character that were set up to have potential but not answers as to if they were actually a thing. The book spent a lot of time based around Riley's work and I think at the very end it shifted gears but gave an unfinished feel to the end.

I was so excited when I was given an ARC in exchange for an honest review!

I first fell in love with cam and Riley in kissing cam, so I was thrilled to hear we were getting more of them.

Anie michaels did not disappoint....

The chemistry between Riley and Cam is amazing!
Cam goes above and beyond to give Riley everything he can and we watch Riley deal with her issues and except them humbly.
I loved that we were able to get a better glimpse into Rileys life back in arizona And watch her work out problems that had been weighing her down for so long, and ofcourse there's sweet and loving Cam by her side all the way through.
Kissing Cam and Riled up are a couple of the sweetest reads out there!

Great job once again anie micheals...5 stars all the way!

Riled up picks up right where Kiss Cam ends. They started their romantic fighting to be together and beat the odds against them, now they have to make it to the finish line. What is holding them back? Here fear of his wealth.
Camden, is determined to show Riley how much he wants to be their to share the burden and treat her like the princess she is. The problem is her need to be viewed as an equal in their relationship, not an easy feat when he is a millionaire.
I love how much devotion he shows her. How he can read her mood even over the phone and jumps to her rescue while making her feel like a partner. You can't help but fall harder for him through out the book.
Their story begins with the Kiss cam and ends in a bang! Romance at its best.

Camden and Riley *sigh* I love these guys so much. Camden is amazing still and Riley is just as great and growing even more as a person. Camden is so thoughtful and does everything he can to make Riley happy and has the intention of doing that every day for the rest of their lives (who doesn't want that?). Riley was feeling a little overwhelmed at the beginning of this book and all of her friends and family pulled together to help her in any way they could which was totally heartwarming. These guys have such an amazing support system and are so in love with each other these books are always great feel good stories. I would read any story with these guys quite happily.

We met Riley & Camden in Kiss Cam so I would definitely recommend reading that book first. They quickly became my favourite of Anie's couples & that was only reinforced in this book.

Camden is everything you could ever want in a man - successful, loyal, loving, seriously hot & absolutely head over heels for the woman that stole his heart.

Riley is perfect best friend material - kind, loving & always puts everyone else before her own needs. Put them together & you have the most amazing couple.

I loved this story from beginning to end, a few little surprises thrown in to keep you guessing, seriously hot sex & a perfect fairytale romance.

Superb!

This is the second book in the With A Kiss Series. You must read Kiss Cam first. Anie Michaels creates a world with her storylines and characters that pulls you in by the heart. The chemistry between these characters just leaves you wanting more and more! Riley and Camden are engaged and planning their future together. Riley is feeling stressed by all the changes. Their engagement, her job, her relationship with her mother and her past. This is about Riley's journey to over come her past and move forward with her life. OMG! Holy hotness! Camden steals my heart! This is a fantastic book!

Camden and Riley met in a very interesting way,(you'll have to read Kiss Cam to find out). Since then they have been inseparable. Things haven't been easy for them but they have come along way. I think in this book we see Riley be able to forgive those people that have done wrong to her and only then is she able to grow as a person and really move on and accept herself with Camden's help. Tons of great surprises, lots of tears, laughter, and love.

This was was the second book in Anie's with a kiss series. I absolutely loved Riley and Cam's story and I must say I'd love if her friend got a book as well:)

In this book she was still unsure if her and Camden were a good fit because she didn't fit in to the same social status that he did. But he helps her realize that he doesn't care about that, but that he loves her no matter what.

Cute story with a cute ending!

To say I loved this book would be an understatement. I think I adored this book. It made me laugh out loud (like really, I laughed out loud), it made me cry. I smiled, I got angry, but most of all, I fell in love with Riley and Camden. Of course I'd read Kiss Cam, and got to know and love them there, but this really sealed the deal for me. I am so happy that we got to learn more about Riley and Camden, and I'm keeping my fingers crossed that there are more books to come, because I'm not ready to be done with their story!

The cheesiness finally caught up to me, and I'm sorry to say that I just couldn't read this anymore. There's nothing bad with this if you're the kind of person that likes to read about the "everything is perfect in our pretty little world" kind of stories and maybe the problem is that I tried to read this right after I finished Book 1 - so, I was kind of having an overdose of cheesiness, but yup, on to the next one!

This is another great story from Anie Michaels! I didn't think I could love Riley any more than I did in Kiss Cam but I was so very wrong. I fell completely and totally in love with this woman, her heart and strength. And of course Cam completely stole my heart with his strength and complete devotion to his lady!! A must read story of loving yourself and looking forward to tomorrow.

Let me just say I love this series. I think Cam and Riley are so great. Riley kicks butt with her job, taking on so many things in her life. Cam is perfect at grounding her. They have such a sweet and sexy relationship, I can't get enough! I love the relationships hinted at for their friends, so I'm hoping we'll see them in their own stories too.

I LOVED this follow up story! Cam and Riley have such a beautiful love between them. They truly love and respect each other and to see them moving forward was so exciting for me! I loved how much Cam loves Riley. Her happiness is the most important thing to him. To see them in this next phase of their life was great. I really enjoyed this one. I would have loved for an epilogue but that is only because I never want their story to end.

We first met Riley and Cam in Kiss Cam; which was all about their unique, funny story of how they got together. Riled Up was the conclusion of their story and I have to say you won't be disappointed! It will have you laughing and of course there will be some steamy scenes. But you will also be able to relate to their insecurities and obstacles that they needed to overcome as a couple.
