The foul, senseless and secret murder of a strange young child, aboard the great ocean liner RMS Queen Mary, results in a tragic haunting, and sends Mac, a whisky salesman from Glasgow, on a selfless quest to identify her killer, find her body, and give her soul the eternal rest, for which she yearns!
This book took me months to read but I'm sad it's done.
Not sure if it was the length of the book or having to translate Macs Scottish broghue but it took me forever. I know much about the Grand Lady and the history is pretty spot on. I really enjoyed the WW II history. I would have given this book 5 stars except the ending didn't make sense to me. I won't go into it because I don't like spoilers.
