I read this fifteen years ago, and I still find myself referring back to it to explain fundamental differences between myself and others, from big things like how I parent to small things like why I don't do crossword puzzles and others do. Just one more piece of truth about the basic and acceptable differences between people that allows me to be me and them to be them. When Myers-Briggs and the Color Code fail me, this one works just about every time.

Another one of these “type” books. I agree that your brainstyle has endemic properties, but these different styles broadly overlap. I guess I’m the “knower”.
