Perfect

I really liked this story partly because it gave me a look into the back story of the Last Call as an establishment. Getting to know something about the owner was great. Even though this is a short story it gives you a lot of detail so you can enjoy.

Fiona has come to the bar because her ex boyfriend placed a curse on her so that she cannot get sexual satisfaction without causing harm to the property and body of anyone she might get together with. She cannot even help herself that way. She hopes the club's owner, Benito D'Cruze can break the curse because after five years she has become desperate.

There is heat, not a lot, but enough to make this worth enjoying.

Fiona's been cursed by an ex and is unable to find release. When she waltzes into Last call, she's determined to get the legendary owner of the bar and powerful wizard, Benito, to help her with her little problem. Once again, Moira Rogers has given these little snippets of stories a lot of punch. I'd be very interested in reading a longer piece set in the same universe.

I love these little stories we get from Last Call. They are beyond hot and sexy, but they have so much more to them than that.
Fiona and Benito came away with a lot more than they expected from their encounter. Like I said, I really love them, but I always walk away from them wanting more. Maybe one day the the Moira Rogers duo will treat us to a full length version. *sigh*

Series Review:
The Last Call series by Moira Rogers is a fab collection of steamy, erotic short stories that are perfect when you're looking for a quick read. The series doesn't need to be read in order as the only connection between them is the location they take place in and there is no character cross over (apart from the bar tender) but I'd recommend reading them all anyway.

Considering how short the stories are (they're around 35 pages each) I'm impressed with the connection that the Moira Rogers is able to build between each couple. In Kamikaze I really enjoyed the banter between Zoe and hunky geek Connor (I do have a soft spot for a geek!), they make a really cute couple and I loved their wolf instincts. Hurricane focuses on cursed witch Fiona and wizard Ben as he tries to help her. These two are literally explosive between the sheets! Tequila Sunrise is all about instinct as alpha Zach teaches beta Kieran how to dominate his more powerful girlfriend Evelyn and in Virgin Daiquiri Caitlin needs the help of demon Leo to avoid becoming her family's sacrifice in their dark magic practises.

Each story is super hot, super sexy and has a fabulous hunky hero (or two!). They also have plenty of steam and a dash of romance. I think my favourite stories were Kamikaze and Hurricane but I enjoyed them all and would recommend them to erotic romance fans who are looking for a quick steamy read.

This is my favorite in the Last Call series!

So Fiona is a witch that has had a curse put on her by her good for nothing ex. The curse is designed to cause destruction if Fiona finds any physical gratification. So she hasn't been intimate for FIVE years!!!

So she goes to Last Call and asks for the most powerful witch she knows...the owner of Last Call, Ben! Talk about Hot!!

Ben doesn't usually sleep with customers of his club but if he doesn't get a handle on the situation, Fiona could bring down his club. So he takes her to is apartment...and starts to bring down her walls (in more than one way...yum!)

These are short stories but I really like how they end with hope...I like how there is an HEA and the possibility of a healthy, paranormal relationship.

Benito D'Cruze, Wizard extroidinaire. Very powerful man that was blessed with enough magic to save and Cure the Curse placed on Fiona.
The chemistry between these two will have you running for lots of cold water if not a FEW COLD SHOWERS just to keep the temp down while reading .

So entertaining with many twists and turns and discoveries from begining to end I know you will Enjoy the Read I did and will again .

Fiona is a witch who's been cursed by an ex to not be able to have human contact at all including sex. Things go horribly wrong when she tries. So she's at Last Call to see if the owner of the bar can break her curse. Ben doesn't deal with his customers one on one but he's making an exception for Fiona before she destroys his bar. Once they are together they discover a mutual liking for each other and hot sex ensues.

Ben was really hot with his powers and the ability to control Fiona's curse while giving her the satisfaction she hasn't gotten in over five years. The sex was hot and seeing the different things that happened with her magic was quite funny. The ending was fun too.

really enjoyed this one the two main charatures are great in this book.

i felt so sorry for fiona 5 years with out being unable to orgasm, no wonder she is in last call seeking someone powerful enough to help with he problem. Any woman normally would go crazy if it was me for 5 years i would be climbing walls and ready to be put in an insane asalum.

benito thinks he can help her that he is as powerful as he thinks. he thinks he can do this for her and walk away after we will see.

man if you like adult books that are tasty you will eaat throught the last call series i did.

Hurricane by Moira Rogers

Fiona is not just cursed by a vengeful ex-boyfriend not to have sex…much worse than that…no orgasms at all…for the last 5 years! She’s tried in the past but things keep blowing up around her. Ben is one of the most powerful witches and owner of Last Call, and possibly her last chance for some relief and maybe the only hope at banishing the curse.

I liked this short story which I purchased as a Last Call bundle stories 1 thru 4. It was hot and explosive {wink} with a touch of romance.

Fiona Logan is a witch living with a curse from an ex lover. He puts a spell on her that she can't get any satisfaction. She knows that her only hope is to go to Last Call and get the owner Benito D'Cruze to help break the curse. Only problem is he won't see her. She orders the Hurricane which is contents under magical pressure. She will make his bar come down until he sees her.

Benito knows that he has to save his bar. So he goes and sees what Fiona wants. He takes her upstairs to fix her magical problem.

This turns into a very explosive read. It will leave you wanting more.

I really like that with this bar you can order a drink that addresses your specific sexual need. Fiona's issue was a special one, a curse that caused any one who would get near her sexually to get hurt. After 5 years she couldn't take it any longer and hit the bar to take care of things. It takes a brave person to want to take on a problem like this and Ben was just that person. The best part of this one was after the hot sex and curse removal was the need for plain old human contact and comfort.

Again this was one that just ended. or I should I say I was left saying... HUH?

These stories are a cute novella, but they can have so much more & don't. You leave asking... so what happened to these people? BUT are left with a "maybe they stayed together??" Maybe not.

This one didn't grip me as much as the first book. Maybe it was the magic, or maybe it was that the characters didn't have ANY backstory prior to hooking up so I didn't feel a connection to them. I still like the premise of a supernatural bar where you can get anything you need, so I'll keep reading the series. Next up is a threesome - oh my!

One more fantastic Moira Rogers read! This is book two of the Last Call series and once again we are given incredible characters that make you come back time after time for one more read.
This one is magical and clever. Fiona is cursed to never find satisfaction again and Ben is the only man who is strong enough to break it, but will he come out with his heart? Great one!

A short hot little read. Fiona is a witch whose ex placed a nasty curse on her that's meant she hasn't been able to be touched in five years without side effects (like explosions). She's sick of it, and she's sure the owner of Last Call can help her. If he won't come down when she asks nicely, he'll surely show up when his bar starts to suffer from her curse!

I downloaded this novella as part of the Last Call series set. I Really enjoyed the concept of a supernatural bar where your drink order announces to prospective partners what you are looking for. This was another good story. I liked the whole curse-thing, although the issue was resolved so quickly- it was a fun plotline.

Oh my! I love this series. Fiona gives the word "explosive"a whole new meaning when she seeks relief from a 5 year old curse given to her by a disgruntled ex. Ben seems to be the only one able to help her...question is...will he? Great short story with awesome characters too cute for their own goods. On to the next one please

Short and sweet. Not as good as the first one. I think it suffered from too much plot. Usually that's not a problem with an erotic short but here I think the story would've flowed better if given more room to breathe.

Still, like a cupcake, these stories are the perfect bite of sexy goodness.

So far this is my favorite of the short stories. Ben just seems to ex-sues sex appeal and I love how he takes Fiona's problem personally and makes it his business to fix it. He is also seems like one of those bad boys with the gushy centers.
