The Bad Boys Of Molly Riot: The Complete Hard Rock Star Series, reveals the stories behind all FIVE of the hottest rock stars you'll ever hear!

North - I was a rock star in the most successful band in Miami. I had money, fame and millions of female fans; and then my world came crashing down.

Nick - I've never been the long-term relationship type, but for sex this absolutely mind-blowing and life changing, I'm willing to compromise-but how do I convince Olivia that she's different than all the others and that she alone is my addiction?

Julian - You know, I've gotta say, no woman has ever had such a pull on me. Fran and I can't keep our hands off each other, but the problem is, we can't let anyone else in either of our bands know about our little tryst. If the press were to get a hold of this, we'd all be in for one hell of a sh*tstorm.

Dan - This isn't like me, but, I'm falling hard for this chick Sophie, the hot new bartender at my all-time favorite local dive bar. Problem is, our drummer Mark has his eye on her as well. Normally this wouldn't matter, but there's just something about this girl that's different. I can tell already that I don't want this to be just another one night stand. I have to get to know her--all of her. And there's no way in hell I'll share.

Mark - I met this hot photographer named Allie at a festival and our chemistry both in and out of the bedroom is incredible. Problem is, our singer hasn't trusted her from the start and suspects that she's with me just to bolster her career. I've finally met a girl and I think we have a real chance at something special, but can I trust her?

Title: The Bad Boys of Molly Riot:
Series: Hard Rock Star Series 1-5
Author: Jade Allen

This is my first Jade Allen book, & I was pleasantly surprised how much I liked this short read- well reads

➦Taken Backstage is prequel to Hard Rock Star Series I received a free copy of this book from Author in exchange for an honest review, I was intrigued & decide to get the rest of the series . I was also delighted to receive free copy of 1-5
In Taken Backstage we meet the band while they are on tour in Germany. Even though we meet everyone in the band , the book basically focus on Alex North & his addiction to cocaine

➦North – lead singer of the Molly Riot band, got into trouble with his dealer. The man don’t learn.. He nearly died from overdose Lil over year ago on their tour of Germany… Alex was recommendation that he go into rehab to hide out. While there, Alex meets Mary, a counselor.

➦Nick –guitarist- Nick has one of those love them & leave them type of mentality- in walks Olivia, these two have instant chemistry only thing is Olivia was somewhat hesitant about trusting Nick since he had a tendency of picking a female in every city visited –Nick meet his match with journalist Olivia-

➦Julian – guitarist Molly Riot was going on tour with Juniper Woolf. Julian had an issue with the lead singer of Juniper Woolf, Fran Chambers. Could they actually go on tour together without killing each other? Half a million dollars says he would sure try.
We will see how hate can turn into love in this one

➦Dan – the bass player of the band Not sure that I really liked Sophie, since she agreed to go on date with Mark first .. I was kinda waiting for this to happen with the guys-Two band members fight over a girl they've found & want to date & the band suffers for the rift.

➦Mark – the drummer of the band & the last one in the band that doesn’t have girlfriend… Mark meets a freelance photographer, Allie. Wow Jade Allen Saved the Best for Last!

Each book was written from the male-only POV, which in some sense was good.. But on the other hand I felt like we were missing something.. Mostly the female perspective of things
At times you didn’t know who was speaking when the guys were all together.. The characters weren’t clearly tagged, other than that they were 5 extremely well written short stories

➦Hope you enjoy this read & also always keep in mind this is just my opinion

➦**"This is a voluntarily review for the boxed set of the Molly Riot novels." ..**.**In exchange for an honest review.**

Book One: Alex

Book one,

It took me awhile to actually finish this one part of the book. I did get distracted and bored half way through, even though the book was actually good. But I finally got a chance to finish this one. It was actually a good read even though it was very short.

Book Two: Nick (aka Nicolas)

Book two,
Okay, the book with Nick and Olivia was better than Alex aka North and Mary. I finished this one in one day because it actually kept my attention from being to end. Even though it was short. I did get lost at one section of the book, during the tour; I was like like wait for what? Just happen because of how the next chapter started (the evaluator) still was good though! Glad Nick found 𝙻Ove with Olivia…. my thoughts “all their women may end up on tour with them I bet” I’ll see once I get to book three with Julian…. but wait who was the one to actually send the pictures of Nick and Olivia I guess I will never know….

Book Three: Julian

Book three,

Okay, book three was actually good too I finished it in two days. I liked Julian and Fran story (I do wonder if her name is Francis) because Fran sometimes is shortened for Fran. But anyways Julian story was different from Alex, and Nick…. though his bandmates mines Alex treated his relationship different from how Alex and Mary and Nick and Olivia met… I felt his pain and madness of his band mates when they were complaining about him making music… especially Mark you could tell he feels some type of way about Julian and Fran, even Nick and Olivia; Alex and Mary but more so with Julian and Fran… I wonder how he will feel when Dan (Daniel) actually get a girlfriend, and he ends up being along until he finds a girl… But it’s interesting to see Julian end up with another person from a band. Unlike Alex and Nick … Good book though. But why do a lot of men in books end up with short women smh not every woman is short why can’t she be at least 5’7 at least 5’8 smh!!! But I am glad the women are kind of different, unlike most books I read “big boobies + butt” Coca-Cola body like really smh!

Book Four: Dan (aka Daniel)

Book four,

Book four was as good as book two and three. I liked Dan story with Sophie and Mark. I didn’t know it will take that turn, but it did. I also knew that something was up with Mark…, I knew it was something more profound than Sophie situation. I still think it’s due to the fact they all got women… he also mentioned how no one pays him any attention… that’s understandable when it comes to “bands/groups” it always that one person in a ban…. but this story was about Dan and Sophie not sure my review more focus on Mark. But I mean it was based more so on both Dan and Mark due to the fact they both wanted Sophie, but Dan ended up with her instead of Mark. I already knew that since this one was about Dan of course. But I thought they are going to be sharing her guess I was wrong lol. But glad Molly Riot wasn’t going to end due to Mark bitchiness. Can’t wait to read Mark story next…

Book Five: Mark

Book five,

I didn’t realize it was actually five members of this band lol. Until I was gotten to Mark story. But seriously they smoke a lot of cigarettes, I mean back to back literally… But let me get started if Mark story and whomever he ends up eight though I don’t know her name until he meets her lol.
Wait I do know her name before I even read it lol ‘Allie’ I can tell this one going to be a problem it was with Julian and Fran.
I figure it would be when it came to Alex once again… He always has something to say about one of his bandmates when they get into a relationship I do wonder what his problem was. Was he going through something due to stress Or whatever? He was annoying at times throughout the book. I liked him better in his book. What he did to try to ruin Mark relationship with Allie was definitely petty as heck. That wasn’t even a real friend move, it’s crazy how he was the only one who didn’t want to see Mark happy nor did he trust Allie as the others did. You could tell she wanted Mark for who he was (meaning himself) not because she was in a band or whatever. Out all of 4 of the bandmates Mark girlfriend is the only one that he doesn’t talk to after yet another incident that that almost ruin the band; that had Mark in yet another altercation one of the band members. But this time it wasn’t his fault like the first time with Dan his best friend glad that they were finally gotten along. All it took for Mark to get him a lady friend to get the band back on track for their next album. Which was a good thing for the group.

Although book one with Alex wasn’t all that great, I actually enjoyed this book, they smoke cigarettes a lot I mean A LOT but the stories were actually interesting and good. But was glad when I actually finish the book because it took me like forever to actually finish this book. Because I been had started on this book a while back.

Disapointed

I was so disapointed in this book. It's about 5 rock stars all in the same band. Its 5 separate books per band member. It's not well thought out and its basically totally ridiculous. Insta love after one look. But this is what really got to me. They end up having sex almost immediately after meeting these women. They are rock stars who have had sex with tons of women. There insta love women are never asked if their on birth control. What rock star dosen't want to know that?? Then they have sex with them without condoms, they don't even think about them!
What woman in her right mind would have unprotected sex with a rock star they've know for a day and a half a believe their bs about how much they care about them not to mention not being worried about getting some kind of STD or HIV or getting pregnant. What rock star who screws every woman around would not lie to get a woman to sleep with him. It's a joke. All these 5 books are a joke. The first one is in rehab and his counselor and him get kicked out for having sex, yet she all of a sudden isn't that concerned with his addiction. All the books are like this. I really hope I got the book for free as I'm going to delete it out of my kindle app because it was that stupid. I can write better stories than these.

3.5 Molly Riot stars!

“This audiobook was given by the authors', narrator, or publisher at no cost in exchange for an unbiased review via Audiobook Boom.”

This is the first Jade Allen book I have encountered. Being new to listening to books and one that entails to my go-to theme of rock stars this version did not disappoint. The narrator did a great job in telling the story.

Despite the fact I had mixed feelings on each of the different stories I did liked the interaction between band members and how they like betting on each other and testing each other limits. The women in each of the story were different and had their strong points but had moments of weakness when it came to the men of Molly Riot. The steamy detailed scenes were also off the chart HOT. Please be forewarn this book is not safe for listening kid ears. ;)

AUDIOBOOK edition

I love boxed sets, no waiting for the next story... YAS!!!
Found the series entertaining, giving a glimpse into the inner working of a music band and each individuals as they interact and their impact on the dynamics of the group.
Each of the bad boys has their own story in this set and I enjoyed listening how each found their woman who stole their hearts and got their HEA. Each story is as unique as the man with ups and downs. Of the five, I think Julian is my fave and Alex is my least favourite, he is quite a jerk in the last book. - 4 stars
Mr. Cole is among my top 5 fave narrators and he didn't disappoint on these books either. His sexy rasp is addictive, love how alive each characters becomes when he gives them voice, each with their own quirks. - 5 stars

Meh

I didn't particularly care for this series, All of the books were similar: there were way too many f-bombs; there was way too much eye rolling from grown men; far too much drug use for such short stories; and far too much unprotected sex with rock stars (a.k.a man-whores) that these women didn't know from the man in the moon. And I have no idea why everyone said everything "tartly " all the time....maybe it's because--just like with those f-bombs--someone needs a thesaurus.

I didn't like how each of these stories just stops...there's no real wrap-up. They're just over. It feels like there's no real resolution, especially for Mark's story.

I love a good rock star romance. I didn't love this.

4.5 Molly Riot Rocks Stars!
This rockstar romance boxset is so fun, exhilarating and very hot and steamy! Each book features a different band member, their relationship with their brothers in the band and their love interest. The characters are all well developed for how short each book is. It was fun seeing the inner workings of a popular Florida rock band, with their funny banter, creative process and loyalty for each other. There are some twists and turns that happen and a bit of suspense in spots that add to the excitement. If you like fast paced, sexy, funny, and suspenseful stories, you should definitely read this series!

Honestly, its more about sec than the band

I had high hopes, but the storylines were just a few pages & the sex would be 10 pages. I'm all for a steamy book, but I don't expect the storyline to be glossed over & rushed.

This was a surprisingly good read & certainly doesn't need the vast number of short stories added in at the end of the 5 Molly Riot novellas. My first Jade Allen read won't be my last.

OMG this box set the Bad Boys of Molly Riot was defaintly what most think the lives of rock and roll stars live. There is sex, drugs and of course music.

All the band members eventually find their partners although its not smooth sailing for all of them. North finds himself in rehab only to be kicked out for having inapproirate relations with one of the staff.
Nick finds himslef falling for the reporter who's come to do an interview, and things really don't go easy with this relationship.
Julian finds himself falling for the lead singer of the band that is their support act to help boost sales for not only Molly Riot but for Juniper Wolf.
Dan who finds himself falling for the new bartender at his favourite drinking spot, but it's not only Dan who likes her Mark does too.
Mark feels like he's missed out and angry with Dan for ending up with the bartender, but Mark's turn eventually comes in the form of a beautiful photographer who he meets when filling in for another band who has an injured drummer.

The full series is good and the boys are all yummy sounding.

Would I recommend this book YES

Romance and Rock Bands..

I'm glad that the author deiced to create the box set.

The bundle covers each band member:

North, Nick, Julian, Dan, and Mark.

The story lines show the relationship with each member, their loyalty, as well their love interests.

There were a few twists and turns, had a decent pace, and had several steamy parts.

Overall, an Entertaining Read.

D. C. Cole did well with narration.

I received this audiobook free for an honest review. I thought this book was good. The first couple of books were not rich in story/plot and pretty predictable. However, if you enjoy reading/hearing about sex then these books are for you. However, the later books didn't have as much sex and not a lot of detail (which, to me, is good). I enjoy the rock star stories to get a little bit of insight into their lives. Even though this is fiction, you can still dream. I did enjoy the narrator who did a great job. The male narrator did a great job with the female voices and didn't make it sound strange. Some male narrators just really turn me off when they try to do women. The narrator did a great job separating the characters with his voice.

I loved the narrator for these audiobooks he had the perfect rough and sultry voice for these books. The stories themselves were a light fun listen. They were amazing but weren't bad. They captured the rough and wild life of rock stars and added some love and fun into them too

This is a bundle of five books of a rock band, the Molly Riot. Each book tells a story of one of the rockers.
NORTH, lead singer of the Molly Riot band, got into trouble with his dealer and went into rehab to hide out. While there, Alex meets Mary, a counselor. They team up and together they forge a new path. Exciting action adventure occurred with the drug dealer.
NICK, guitarist, is living the good life with partying, having fun and seducing a different girl every night on the tour. He can't understand how Alex can give all that up for one woman. That is, until he meets journalist Olivia. Sweet story of his transformation.
JULIAN, guitarist is coerced to "play nice" with Fran, lead singer of the Juniper Woolf band. Her band would be the opening act on the tour for Molly Riot. Jules had strong negative opinions concerning Fran and the beginning association was a bit rocky. Enjoyable story of how they evolved to higher possibilities.
DAN, bass player, is bit by the love bug for the new bartender, Sophie, in their favorite club. Problem is Mark has also spied the hot bartender and it stirs up a lot of anger and hurt feelings. Interesting consequences and how they were resolved.
MARK, drummer, feels left alone. All the band members have a girlfriend except him. Then he gets a call from a buddy to come and drum in his band for a couple of days. His regular drummer broke his arm and was out of commission for a few days. While there, Mark meets a freelance photographer, Allie. Their sizzling hookup hits Molly Riot like an earthquake, shaking up the band and triggering huge changes.
I voluntarily reviewed an advanced reader copy of this book. Four stars.

This is the complete Molly Riot Series, so it was a long listen but well worth it. I love this series! Each story can be listened to as a standalone and all the band members got their own story. I love bad boy rocker romances and this set didn't disappoint. D.C. Cole is a terrific narrator and was perfect for this series. I would recommend The Bad Boys of Molly Riot.

I was voluntarily provided this review copy audiobook at no charge by the author, publisher and/or narrator. This review is my honest opinion.

Awesome Rock Star series! This set has all 5 stories of the members of the band Molly Riot. In my opinion it's the absolute best way to read a series and this is one series you won't want to miss. See how each member of the band deals with his troubles and finds love in the process.

I received and ARC of this book for review consideration. This is my honest review.

Excellent series, a must read for all

4.5 Stars

All five of these short stories about individual members of a rock band are extremely well written and beyond hot! Each character was well written and developed and tells a part in the whole of the story of the band. Each ban member was an alpha male with different obstacle to overcome on the way to their HEA. It's best to read these in order since they each build upon the earlier story. I enjoyed that these short stories were told from the male point of view. I must admit that my favorite was the last in the series, Mark. I enjoyed the resolution we gained in his story not only for him and Allie but for all the band members-a most satisfying conclusion to the series. Recommend for all.

I received a complimentary copy of this series for voluntary review consideration.

5 quick short reads/audios in 1 🙌🏻

Overall enjoyed Jade Allen's Molly Riot! ❤️🎧📚❤️

The complete collection has all 5 books together. Each are quick short reads following a different member of the band. I liked getting to know each character in their own book. I also loved having them in the others and seeing all their stories progress.

DC Cole does a fabulous job narrating. 😁

This set of 5 novellas felt a lot like a box of Tic Tacs. That’s the best way to describe these books.

Tic Tacs – low on calories, colorful, are sold as a group, don’t last very long and aren’t the best thing out there for mints, but will work in a pinch. They don’t fill you up nor do you really crave them overly much.

These novellas packaged as a group of 5 were the smartest thing ever to get this audiobook heard. The characters aren’t really memorable, they don’t inspire deep feelings and the stories move quickly. I can’t really say I took much away from this read aside for a slightly feeling of being unsatisfied. It wasn’t memorable, but just like a Tic Tac, I at least finished it. Not much to endear me to this series but as far as books go, they’re quick and leave you feeling like you didn’t spoil your dinner. Hence, like a box of Tic Tacs.
