Sure, this book is written by women, for women, but what I love is that it's written by REAL women! These women aren't traditional experts on stress in the sense that they aren't psychiatrists or psychologists, but they, along with most of us, have lived stress and are experts in their own stress. if you're looking for a one-size fits all stress management model, this isn't the book for you. what it will give you is how each of these women lived their stress and its manifestations, and how they were able to identify and most importantly, learn to live through it. this book offers a variety of tips and tricks that can be used by real people living real situations, take one or take it all, but either way it's well worth the read!
