No Meat

I agree with most of the points in this book, however it just feels so surface and basic with little to know actual actionable information presented.

This is really just an overview of how the body works. It does not include diet recipes, supplement uses, or holistic disease treatments. It literally is the layman's version of a canine/equine anatomy and systems text.

Great book on the importance of making sure of proper nutrition and detoxification! I would appreciate more examples of what supplements are important and more in depth exploration of alternative options for general maintenance. But overall I love the premise and will explore the author’s website for more resources.
