This book only arrived last week & I already LOVE it. Delicious recipes, plenty of basic info for non-adventurous & beginner/intermediate cooks, easy to follow instructions.
Highly recommended for anyone wanting to add more veggies to their diet, transitioning to wholesome vegan eating, or just after a new collection of delicious, healthy, wholesome options to add to their food rotation.

>Lots of basics; like metric conversion rates, cooking method time variations, lots of options for similar types of foods (ie many burger patty options), pantry items, tools of the trade & a glossary for commonly used bulk like grains, flours, beans, etc.
>Recipes are DELICIOUS. The first one we made were the Quinoa mushroom burgers and they tasted AMAZING!
**Tip, make the burger patties the day before and leave them overnight. The flavour intensifies and they taste better the next day. I had leftover cold patties on top of a salad for lunch to give it some 'bulk' and it tasted awesome & left me feeling satisfied, without the post-meal carb hangover!
+ Make double & freeze to make 2 dinners, with only 1 lot of cleaning up & prep.
