A quick easy read and introduction to crystal healing for the chakras. Some of the information is repetitive but that maybe helpful for beginners.

My Mom loaned me this book and I thought it was a super basic, quick read, but had a good amount of info for those just learning about the chakras and crystals to cleanse, balance and align them. I found it interesting because all I have ever known were the seven major chakras, but this little book introduced me to two extras - The Earth Star Chakra and The Soul Star Chakra. I think this book would be a great little guide to keep on hand for reference. Would have given it five stars, but it was very repetitive.

A good introduction with basic instructions on crystal healing of your chakras. This is the first book I've read by Ethan (Author) and I found it super easy to follow. The pictures are a nice touch and the writing is 'basic' enough to understand without all the jargon you often get in some books. So anyone would understand it. I don't feel this book would be great for those who already have knowledge in crystal healing although I did find the cheat sheet crystal section was really good.

The exercises on cleaning your chakras etc are a bit repetitive but easy to pick up with them being repeated so many times. I also found the crystal cleansing section helpful.

As this is a free read if you subscribe to kindle unlimited, I don't think you can go wrong with giving it a go if you are new to crystals and have basic or no knowledge of the subject. I read this over and afternoon, so its also a fairly short read but still informative. A solid 3.5 stars, this book has helped me gain a little more knowledge and I'm looking forward to reading other books by Ethan to attain more.

Ethan has written a very comprehensive, useful guide to using crystals for balancing and supporting the chakras. He provides lots of useful information on how to establish a chakra healing set, how to select, prepare, initialise and cleanse your set. I read the book cover to cover in no time as it’s a very easy read. Would recommend.

Nicely condensed

This was a very good beginner's book for the use of crystals in chakra balancing. Have gotten a set of crystals and this book was very instructive without being overwhelming.
