Don't get on Kindle

I really wanted to use this book but you can't adjust the font... Ok... But they chose to have the font on micro settings. Not readable at all. They won't let me return it so I just wasted money. I was going to get a refund and buy the physical copy of this book however now I'm going to buy someone else's book because I refuse to give these people double money. Super frustrating

Buyer beware

Digital software, for sculpting and painting, are things, I have never looked into. This book is rather interesting, in that regard (even if I don't buy the software.)

This was a solid book for getting started in Zbrush. I went from knowing absolutely zero to successfully completing the models. Now I have a solid foundation. However, there were some serious gaps in this book, especially with the last project. These info gaps will have you searching for hours through Youtube and forums, wasting your time and sanity. At first I thought I wasn't understanding the book. Now I'm convinced it was due to carelessness.

However, now that I finished the book, I'm keeping it for reference.

Going solo through this book will be a trail by fire. You'll come out stronger at the other end. Just don't depend entirely on the book. You'll have to figure a lot of stuff on your own.
