Przepraszam, ale co tu się stało i czemu to był tak absurdalnie nudne i tak bardzo o niczym? Ta część po prostu była i gdybym ją przeskoczyła to chyba bym nawet nie zwróciła na to uwagi...

Did Worthy just die?!!??!!! When I read the quote before the book I was like NNNNNOOOOOO!!!!!! And when I was reading it at like end I was like NNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!! He is was(is) one of my top five favorite characters! I love this book and The Heart of the Land so the next books have to try really hard(or bring Worthy back) to make me love it. 😢

Honestly Worthy is one of my favorite characters! I love the redcloaks!

I love how Worthy wants to prove himself and by the end he does.

His death was awful, I was so sad!
(Honestly I get way to attached to fictional characters)
but I think there is a possibility that Worthy is not dead...because he was such a good character so maybe he will come back, plus they already killed my favorite character so maybe they will be nice writers and bring Worthy back.
Only four stars because of Worthy’s death.

This was such a good book, such a shame that Worthy died at the end it made me so sad, he was a hero and didn't deserve this death but such is life people come and go.

WHAT THE HECK?!! You can't just kill my new favorite character like that! If Worthy's really dead, I'm going to be (more) upset.

I think the Spirit Animals books, though still good, started to go downhill with this second series.

Important information: Every book of this series is written by a different author. Brandon Mull was the first and my favorite.

The plot of this story was good. It was exciting and, while not the most original book ever, it made you want to know what happens next. The ending, though, wasn't exciting. I love (and hate) a good, dramatic cliffhanger that just makes you die waiting for the next book. The ending here wasn't one of those. Like, I'll probably read the next book, but I'm not particularly compelled to.

Now, the characters. This author did it better than the last one. The normal main characters haven't really changed or grown too much, but the addition of Worthy was interesting in a good way. He has grown and changed tremendously.

The setting is well-done as usual. Erdas has some complex history, and it's fun to learn more about, being explained understandably. It does seem like the authors add things to it on a whim, but it isn't terribly confusing.

I spotted two grammatical mistakes: A period was used for a question, and woman was used for the plural form. "The woman...their heads." Other than those, I have no technicalities to pick on.

To sum it up, the plot and setting were good and the characters were okay, but the ending wasn't good and there were a couple grammar mistakes.

Wildcat's Claw picks up where book #5 left off with the main characters plus Anka and Worthy evading capture from the Oathbound. Now that the group holds the Heart of the Land, Worthy thinks he may have a lead on the next treasure: the Wildcat's Claw. Unfortunately, the group will have to travel to Conor's birthplace, Trunswick to get more information. With Oathbound crawling the countryside and a population out for vengeance against the Greencloaks this journey is fraught with danger. Our six heroes must make it to the Wildcat's Claw before they are captured and executed.

Wildcat's Claw is a return to everything I enjoy about the Spirit Animals series. Though I was sort of nonplussed about the addition of "political intrigue" into the canon of the series, Varian Johnson does it well. I'm glad the author returned for another book. There's a great understanding of the characters, though I would have loved to see more of Rollan's brand of humor. As always, I'm not looking for much depth in these stories, but I'm happy that all the characters featured in these books have growing backstories and motivations. Plus, we aren't overloaded with characters like we were in book #4.

This was an enjoying read. 4/5 stars.

The world leaders being mad the greencloaks kind of makes no sense to the point that it feels like they're just dragging the story out. They were controlled with a parasite, they didn't do it for fun. First of all, they also saved the world from the Wyrm. Secondly, they were the ones that got the parasite the most because they were actually in the fight. Of course no one who was hiding out got it, there weren't there to get it.

I love the verbage he uses. Pg. 91, "Rumfass hoofed over to him." Adorable.

I'm so happy Worthy got his redemption arc finished, but what he did with it doesn't seem right. They have to collect all the gifts so he traps himself with one of them? Yeah they got out, but he could have just told that plan to Rollan to use the other gift and they'd have all of them. Seems like a nonsense way to just move the plot forward.

Overall, I really enjoyed it. The development was great, the journey was great, the villians were villan-y. I loved it for all the same reasons I loved the other one he wrote.

In the sixth book of the Fall of the Beasts series, the Greencloaks are headed after the Wildcat's Claw, a mythical sword and the next bond token. It was a fun story and I continue to really love these characters. Except for Worthy. No offense, I just don't like his character. My favorite new character is Anka, because she can turn invisible. 3 1/2 stars.

3.5/5-I really liked things about this portion of the series. I don’t think it quite measured up to the “Worm Trilogy” that preceded it. It never felt quite as desperate. And, it felt repetitive: traveling their world trying to find relics with great power. But, I loved that the 4 main characters were together for essentially the entire mission. And, I loved the climactic battle in the final book after they’ve strengthened the bond with their spirit animals. Good stuff!

So something happened to my previous review...
And I have a bad memory....

First...
Why did they gave the Wilcat's Claw to Anka. I don't trust her.
Second...
Why Worthy?!?!

So by now we (the reader) knows there has to be a mole in their company and we all know Worthy has proven his worth. Somehow the rest of the company finds it "normal?" that the Oathbound keep finding them. Anyway. Something is off.

I really hope we get to see Worthy again!!!

This book is about the Greencloaks' journey to find the Wildcat's Claw. I kind of felt like their hard work didn't do them any good, though, and actually ended up leading to loss and suffering. So I didn't really understand the necessity of the Wildcat's Claw, unless something happens later in the last two books that I can't foresee.

The Four Heroes of Erdas are on a new mission to find the relic belonging to Eura. The Oathbound are hunting for them and Worthy is helping them, albeit in a whingy and somewhat annoyingly desperate way. Varian Johnson has written another excellent addition to this story franchise. The storyline is engaging and draws you continuously onward, leaving you wanting more.

I cried again. Like I cried when Lumio and Tarik died and now Worthy. I know he was a spoiled brat at first, but then he started to grow on me and then I really started to like him. Now he’s gone and I am a little pissed . What if I’m being honest with myself in the quote at the beginningI had a feeling something was going to happen to him.

This was a depressing book. I keep thinking that they'll be less sad then the endings stab you in the heart. My favorite character in this book is Worthy. His development was great and wholesome. I loved that.

My 9 year old and I his mom) read these books before bed. We both really enjoy the series.

We like that the characters are not just good or evil but that they have motivations and can change, develop, and grow. And do surprising things..

This book didn't hold my interest as well as others have but it does continue the storyline and build on the characters. Looking forward to the next books.

This is a good book that is part of a good series. The book has a really neat idea with the spirit animals but the writing could be a lot better

Continuing the story of the Heart of the Land, another search for a relic (classic for this series) will bring an entire roller coaster for the reader.

Very interesting. Now the hunter has become the hunted. The heroes are still trying to find spirit animals of the past to help them.
