This is a cute companion piece to this author's Meryton Matchmakers series, but don't pick it up expecting a story.
It is exactly as described in the title: completed questionnaires of the fictitious matchmaking service. The forms are filled out by various characters in that series, all of whom are modern versions of Pride and Prejudice characters with the addition of Captain James Harville of Persuasion.
As I said, there's no story here, but it does give some insight into what kinds of modern personas are assigned to these individuals. Of note, each character's questionnaire has been provided by a different author (April Floyd, Melanie Schertz, Sophia Meredith, and Gianna Thomas, among others).
Comments appearing within and concluding each form by "Elizabeth Bennet" (Ms. Rose) give her impressions of the contents as the supposed expert matchmaker. Her notes also offer clues to the underlying and potential storylines (explored in the series) for these applicants.
It's not necessary to read this in order to enjoy other Meryton Matchmaker books.
