For at least a decade I think, I’ve contemplated getting into the food biz and I found this book at some point around the beginning of these thought processes. With it being almost as old as I am, I wasn’t sure if any of the content might be outdated but the mood finally hit recently to open it and see. I’d say all it’s missing to be modernized is a chapter on e-commerce; everything else Ms. Lawrence wrote is very helpful for anyone thinking of getting into the catering business.
