Sometimes you don't even realize how fearful you are. This book covers quite a lot. Prayers to overcome each specific fear are included. Gives you a great jump start into a prayer of your own.
I felt like I was reading her diary of everything bad that ever happened to her and the people in her life and then the scriptures she used to comfort herself.
