Albert Einstein is still an icon for many. This is not just due to the immense impact of his science (because of which he was chosen TIME magazine’s Person of the Century) but also because of his wisdom and the social world around him. This book gives a brief account of his science, philosophy and (often troubled) personal life. The book also has a photo gallery (with long captions) which will give a glimpse of Einstein’s extraordinary life.
Einstein had once remarked, “most of the fundamental ideas of science are essentially simple, and may, as a rule be expressed in a language comprehensible to everyone.” This book is written according to this belief and contains no equations or complicated scientific data so that even a layman can have a closer look at the genius who is often described as the greatest scientist ever born.
