It is simple to remember, and to follow if not all that easy. But without the need to track daily calories, just overall progress, I think that even the small gains makes this site a worthwhile read.
I really liked how comprehensive this book was while also providing lots of unconventional advice that is rooted in science. It covers everything from eating habits to improving your sex life (sex burns calories!!) to improving sleep. The author also suggests a variety of ways for measuring body fat that I had never even heard of! You're also encouraged to your own evaluations of what works and what doesn't so you can find the combination that works best for you. Glad I read this, looking forward to getting started!
Interesting read. The part on nutrition is great, didn't care for the sex chapters, and honestly found myself skipping forward in the book. Overall if you are looking for success in boosting your body image this was a spot on book. The nutrition plan is simple, just read, write it down and begin to execute.
