I've been suffering with a herniated disk which has turned my sciatic nerve into lava and out of desperation got this book. I got my revised diagnosis after I got the book and a few of the exercises are a no go but some of them really did take the edge off the pain. I'll be able to use this more once I start recovering to build up my spine again. A really good book for back pain.

This book provides yoga and stretching techniques to help alleviate low back pain including sciatica. I found this helpful for my painful sciatica.

This book is very detailed on how to do the stretches. The pictures are helpful. I'm looking forward to trying the sequences and healing the pain.

I loved this book! It had all the details I needed to help get my lower back & hips to be more flexible and relieved a lot of my pain. I highly suggest this Book & I plan to Purchase it in a Paperback to have.

This book provides Yoga poses and stretches to help with lower back and sciatic nerve pain. I didn’t expect these simple yoga poses to increase mobility and decrease pain in my lower back & SI joints, but it worked. I experienced substantial improvement within a couple of weeks. The book is well written with photos to help explain the proper positions to use. I would recommend this to people seeking relief, particularly those who would like to learn poses that are easy to do at home.
