This is the first of what will probably be more supplements to the Epic Dark Fantasy series, The Crystal Crux. It is short story that was eluded to in the original books but not explored in great detail. In this tale, Claire seeks revenge on the people of Chamonix who exiled her when she was fifteen. It is an adult adventure.
