Rate this book
This book is for early stage entrepreneurs who have a business idea and have already figured out what exactly they want to offer to their customers. The aim here is not to motivate you to get started, but to educate the various possibilities of getting things done.

Hence the ideal reader is someone who has a product / service in their mind, completed their business calculations, is willing to manage the risks and just about to get started. Right from naming your company, registering it, banking, taxation through selling your products / services, this book will guide you on how to get it done in a quicker and affordable manner.

Entrepreneurship is a journey. It needs proper fundamentals and systems in place to run the distance. The founder must plan well ahead while starting up or be willing to adapt to changes as the company grows. I sincerely hope this book will give that initial clarity, help you explore the possibilities and get started quickly.

A small booklet you can read in 30 minutes. It is for a complete novice of an entrepreneur. But it’s a little outdated on registration & taxation when I’m reading it this day in November 2019. It has no information on registration of business in compliance of GST.
The 2 stars are for the list of links that the author has put together.

High value blueprint.. thanks for doing this.

Very clear and concise getting started guide for the topic. Appreciate thinking of working something like this and breaking some of the biggest mind blocks when thinking of entrepreneurship in India. All high points touched and will serve as a cheat sheet for potential entrepreneurs.

Crisp and quick - hence not descriptive

The writer covers important aspects of the idea of being an entrepreneur in India - a great checklist for someone who is at a dreamer state.
However he fails to delve into details of possible issues, the examples are fairly basic and google-able

A great 30 minute read

This is a great checklist to go through before starting a business. As it was written in 2017 i recommend you do some research on the Taxation part. It was 1 AM i lost sleep decided to read something so that i could sleep. Reading it had an opposite effect :D. Btw this book is for absolute beginners.

For Incorporating Entrepreneurs

Very basic yet effective book especially for Indian budding entrepreneurs. Intermediate entrepreneurs may find basic but for beginners it is the perfect. Many links & names of investors, venture capitalist are given. Only advice for budding entrepreneurs is to read it once and give it a try.

Just okay

Nothing new here; the taxation part is outdated.
Might be useful for anyone who is totally clueless about business and wants to have a quick overview about the process of starting up.

Simple, Short, Crisp

This is meant for a person who is just taking The Very First Step towards Entrepreneurship. Not delved deep into the individual aspects of what he described. We'll get the Broad overall picture about entrepreneurship.

Simple and fluid

Very simple and fluid infirmation is conveyed in a less than an hour read. I commend the writer. However, regarding chapter on tax, May I say, should be updated, its based on pre GST era.

Must read book for person, who is looking forward to build an empire by starting up something very unique and productive at the same time. A short but detailed book answers all your who, what, why and how about building a startup. How government is helping and what are the necessary documentation required to start a company, is closely discussed in this book.
Reader may need to read other detailed book after getting basic idea of start up from this book.
