irregular therapy is a raw, ribald, cautionary tale of what could be anyone's roller coaster ride to a new life. Powerfully honest and unblinking, the author's healing journey strips away the layers of misconception that lie at the root of our relationship problems. Like so many of us, Ron Wyn's self-destructive patterns didn't develop overnight, and neither did his solutions. It was tough at first, but it got easier as he went along, and the result was transforming: from anger to understanding, from rejection to acceptance and, yes, from bedmates to a true, lasting relationship. irregular therapy turns self-help on its head. From small revelations to multiple levels of introspection, it's for anyone who is finally ready to heal the most important and intimate relationship in their lives--the relationship with themselves.

Having formally plunged into the depths of scientific and psychological abstractions, Ron Wyn has got both sides of the brain covered. Primarily a man of thought, his systematic mind insisted on a skeptical approach to life, a because-I-have-seen-I-believe modus operandi, but his troubled relationships ended up leading him to a path of action that opened his heart up to new and exciting inner experiences.

Ron has been working with teaching, counseling, translation, writing, and music for over twenty-five years. Since 1998 his interests have expanded to include alternative treatments and therapies such as rebirthing, Applied Kinesiology, Reiki, Yoga Nidra, shamanism, Kabbalah, and meditation, all of which provided the perfect foundation for irregular therapy, a remarkably effective set of tools that fully addresses healing in mind, body, and soul.

Ron Wyn currently lives and works in the United States. His main focus in life is to embrace his True Self through the silent blossoming of awareness.
