Despite this, the book’s value lies in the diverse range of ideas it presents, some of which may initially appear contradictory.

Implementing them might just be the catalyst for substantial improvements in your endeavors. However, discerning which ideas are best suited for your situation requires a conscientious assessment of your own needs and goals.

Overall, this book is a gem that deserves a prime spot on any squash enthusiast's shelf. While it may not delve deeply into every topic, its breadth of ideas and potential for transformative suggestions make it a worthwhile read. Lots of good diagrams. A bit aged and due for an update. This book goes super in depth with text and background, but has some good hidden anecdotes and tips if you can plow past the long swaths of scenery in text.
