Odd but interesting

While the story's premise was very interesting and suspenseful, there was just too much adult language for me. Honestly, I don't think it was needed and distracted from the story line. I found the reading a bit of a hard go as it was just a bit difficult to follow in areas but the overall idea and theme of the book was a good one with a bit of the supernatural and of course a murder mystery. The premise reminds me of that old TV show Friday the Thirteenth if I remember right in which a curiosity store owner looked for cursed objects. It would have gotten a higher rating if not for the language.
