I don't always leave reviews. Have had some issues in the past but this, I had to. Another powerful (no pun intended) book by Maggie. The story is paced well, scenes balanced and lovingly crafted. New and old (much loved) characters blended together seemlessly. The story itself grabbed ahold of me and didn't let go til the wee hours of the morning. The journey of Sage and Slade is not an easy one but the goal is well worth it. I would recommend this book, the series and Beyond the Angel Pack Series to anyone and everyone to read.

The Blogger Girls

I love this series. It’s fast, fun, violent, sexy, emotional in places, and action packed. Reconnecting with beloved characters, and checking in on their progress of finding their mates, getting their powers, and fighting the battles that never seem to end, is one of my guilty pleasure. Every once in a while I fall into a series and end up losing interest after a while – that hasn’t happened with The Angel Pack series. I find myself looking forward to the adventures our paranormals find themselves mired in, and I especially look forward to them all finding their mates and having a bit of sexy time.

Sage, as we learned in an earlier book, is Raith’s long lost son, Anthony, and Maddy’s twin brother. He is also hottie vampire Slade’s mate. These two are so cute and very sexy together. I love it when a match is made in heaven and these two are going to be one of my newest favorite couples.

As always, I love checking in with all the guys and their respective mates…and I love watching the battle continue. I know I will be cheerleading when they finally win the war, but will be sad when it’s all over.

I was glad to see Sage finally get his own story. I like him as a character, even though I wished he would stop going off on his own and stay to work out his problems. I liked Slade okay. I just couldn’t connect with him as much. Maybe because he was just introduced into the story. The one thing I did like about him was how supportive he was of Sage. The remainder of the story was okay. I think that this is the first book in the series that the storyline wasn’t the best part of the book. Overall, it was just okay.

Have to say just love this series and cant wait for more. Sage/Anthony finally maybe be able to move past the his insecurity about finding love. Sage mate will have a battle on his hand with him. Will we see love win out? Sage is running from someone that will hurt and destroy him can he make a stand? we get to see some of the old members of the pack and coven come together again
