This book was meant for my 11 year old son but I was intrigued and had to read it first! Very clever and funny...maybe a bit of dark humor at times but I really enjoyed it. I'm pretty sure my son will like it too. Wish it was part of a series but my Usborne book rep said no such luck. Too bad--what a fun take on history!

Absolutely hilarious history book with the face of a tabloid. I cackled through the entire thing.

Every time I take this off my bookshelf I end up reading it again. My sort of humour, with some added educational value. Do not regret the purchase in the least.

An awesome book! Sometimes I wasn’t sure what was historical and what was just made up for amusement, but all in all I enjoyed it very much! The format is fun, and the material is engaging. Would definitely recommend.
