CIA operative Fortune Redding crossed a ruthless arms dealer. Now she's hiding out in remote Sinful, Louisiana, with a fake identity, fake hair, and a real price on her head. But just as she thinks she's safe, her handler warns that Ahmad's men are getting close. She has less than 24 hours to clear out and make it to the safe house in Hawaii. What's more, they'll be looking for a woman traveling alone, so Fortune needs a companion. A respectable, low-profile, non-trigger-happy companion. Which rules out Gertie and Ida Belle.

Mary-Alice Arceneaux just got a big surprise for her 70th birthday--a trip to Hawaii, courtesy of young Fortune Morrow. But with bounty hunters on their trail, and family secrets lurking in the unlikeliest of places, the southernmost state has a few more surprises in store.

Mary-Alice is Mayor Celia Arceneaux's cousin by marriage, as sweet and gentle as Celia is mean and ornery. But beneath her perfectly ladylike exterior, Mary-Alice has hidden depths. She longs to use her expertise (derived entirely from her mystery reading) to solve crimes and restore justice--and with Ida Belle, Gertie, and Fortune in the picture, she won't have to wait long!

ALOHA, Y'ALL comes with authentic recipes including loco moco, Spam fried rice, and St. Charles Hotel Chicken Gumbo (original 1920 recipe).

The Miss Fortune series has been described as Miss Congeniality meets Golden Girls, a lighthearted fish out of water adventure with a dash of romance in Louisiana bayou country. Many thanks to Jana DeLeon for letting us write in her Sinful world!

A really twisted and active story that keeps you on your toes. As Fortune is forced to take a vacation in Hawaii, and takes Marry Alice with her. Well things heat
Up there and the pot boils over. The girls run into a surprise, while Gertie
ad Ida Bell take care of business as usual back on Sinful. A great read and
Mystery.

Loved Hawaii

Cute. I Liked the story and the mystery. The stories are short...but sometimes you like to read a book and finish it in an hour! This is the perfect length.
