I listened to the audiobook and hated the narrator’s voice. The material in the book however is very useful and thoughtful and helpful for the most part.
I really enjoyed reading this book. It gave lots of information and it made total sense to me. This is the first book that I’ve read on empaths but have always been curious. I will definitely be delving deeper into the world of empaths in the future. I would recommend this to any person who believes him or herself as being an empath.
This book is very enlightening and relatable. It's helpful if you've recently learned that you're an empath.
I just wish it (the ebook) had a round of proofreading before publication; in particular, it has run-on sentences and possessive words such as "others" missing the apostrophe; it should be "others,'" or "other's" if singular.
Despite the punctuation and grammar issues, it's well worth reading to learn exercises for grounding, healing, ridding yourself of others' toxic energy, etc.
Easy read with a lot of useful information. Covers and explains for a wide range of people: from those who know they are empaths and know some tricks to survive, to those who are just discovering their gift. Much of the general information I already knew. A lot of it was a good reminder. There are some great techniques and tips for protection, cord cutting, meditation, and grounding ones self.
A great introduction to learning about Empaths/HSPs
This read was short and was easy to get through which is important when reading a self help book. I really enjoyed all the knowledge that was passed through this book and will keep these lesson with me through life.
I narrated this wonderful book by Marianne Gracie. Great information for those who are empathic or highly sensitive. Top selling in its category on Amazon!
Good information, but this book was clearly self-published. There are MANY basic grammatical errors, including run-on sentences and sentence fragments. This book would benefit from an editor.
I would recommend this book to people who just recently found out that they are an empath. It's a good introduction for the beginners. The information in this book is great but for the people who already are spiritual it might not be interesting. I personally knew a lot of things that the author wrote about so the experience was kind of disappointing.
