In this Gay Erotic Short Story, Five Young Cowboys turn a Camping Trip into an Unbridled Night of Sensual Celebration and Self-Discovery.

Rex Longacre and Freddie Garner are recent high school graduates of the same school where they know one another only in passing. That all changes when Freddie is hired on at the Longacre Ranch, and the two young men discover they fit together hand in glove. To celebrate their graduation, Walt Stromberg, the young sensational-looking foreman for whom Rex has an intense crush, invites Rex, Freddie and two of their friends on a camping trip that turns into an unbridled night of sensual celebration and self-discovery.

Excerpt from Five Studs Wild:

I trudged over fallen trees, sharp rocks and muddy pools of water to get back to our campsite, fretting over whether I’d crossed the line with my best friend, perhaps losing him forever.
When I reached him, he was sitting on a blanket, sulking, with a towel wrapped around his shoulders. He took a long draw on his bottle of beer. “What do you want?” he asked sharply, thunderously clapping his rugged hands together to squash a mosquito. After an uncomfortable silence, he lifted his head to glare at me. “Hadn’t you better get back to your precious Waltie? Dylan and Luke might steal him away.”
“I’m sorry, Freddie. I . . . I was being a jealous jerk. What can I do to make it up to you? Anything you want, just name it.”
“I don’t know . . . my feelings are pretty hurt.” His lower lip protruded in an exaggerated pout.
An intense feeling of relief flooded over me as I realized he was faking. Freddie extended his hands, and I pulled him to his feet. “C’mon,” he said, smiling, “let’s stop by our tents, get some flashlights and another blanket.”
We followed a trail leading into the woods. I foolishly lifted the beam of light from the treacherous ground before me and aimed it at the taut, toned backside of my longtime buddy, precariously tripping over rocks and the roots of trees that ran atop the ground. His body was a marvel to behold. It moved in its own distinctive style—a graceful, yet powerful masculinity. I loved his skin; bronzed from working in the sun, it matched his chestnut-brown eyes and dark hair. Freddie was shorter than me, but he was framed well with around a hundred and seventy pounds of toned muscle, the end result of hard physical labor. We hadn’t traveled that far as was evident from the rowdy laughter and horseplay echoing from the campsite. It sounded as if they were out of the water and settled around the campfire, probably drying off, swigging down beer and swapping ghost stories. Somewhere, in the back of my mind, I couldn’t help wondering if Walt, Dylan and Luke were already at it; Freddie had played well to my paranoia, but I had no right to feel cross with him. I was just overjoyed that he wasn’t really mad at me. As much as I wanted Walt, I wasn’t going to risk years of friendship with my best friend, not to mention our magnificent sex, over petty jealousy.

“Five Studs Wild” by N.D. Clark is a gay erotic short story that follows a group of five young cowboys on a camping trip. The book follows the narrator, Rex Longacre, the ranch owner’s son. Through his full-lust narration, he tells us about his friend and lover, Freddie, and the other men working on the ranch.

From the first scene, one can see the great, fun chemistry between Rex and Freddie and how the two are genuinely naughty boys full of mischievous tricks along with intense sexual desires. Their relationship has already evolved to the point where their hungry gazes at each other say more than words ever could.

Rex shares a unique bond with Freddie, but that doesn’t mean he isn’t attracted to other guys, particularly the foreman, Walt. Walt is a handsome twenty-four-year-old, and Rex has always had vivid fantasies about this cowboy.

Freddie, the mischievous cowboy he is, loves teasing Rex about his crush on the foreman every time he catches him daydreaming. The two cowboys, who are always going commando, share a deep understanding of their relationship. The author effectively conveys the nature of their bond by providing background on how they first met and developed their friendship.

The camping part of the story is truly wild, with Rex, Freddie, Walter, Luke, and Dylan having great fun without reservations. Yes, Freddie initially shows some jealousy, but Rex eventually learns to use his charm and make things okay. The fun gets wilder and wilder as all five cowboys put aside their inhibitions and play together in an orgy scene like there is no tomorrow.

This is the second book I read by N. D. Clark. While I enjoyed reading “Of Brothers and Tormentors” quite a lot, “Five Studs Wild” is entirely on a different level. The writing is absolutely delicious from the beginning of the book to the end. The theme of cowboys having fun on a camping trip is excellent. The author did a fantastic job of showing the complexities of gay men’s relationships, demonstrating that they don’t need to be black and white all the time.

There is so much to love here. If you enjoy reading a short story that has great chemistry between the main characters, features horny cowboys, and is written very well, then this is the one for you. I had lots of fun reading it, and I can’t wait to read the author’s other books soon.

So the author is now attacking me on Amazon because he did not appreciate my 3* review. Thanks to that my review has been dropped to 1*. He's going to speak to Amazon about how vindictive, pathetic, and unprofessional I am with my review. Maybe he's a newbie that just hasn't learned yet that you don't engage reviewers.

OMG. I was enjoying this, for the pure mindless entertainment it is...until one particular scene, and then it just lost me.
But lord, does this quickie have some of the most amusing phrases I've ever read- they get 5* all their own. I wasn't sure whether I should laugh or cringe...
Hot blood rushed into my stirring column of country-boy sausage.
...my love nut hadn't run out of cock honey.
...hot cowboy juice...
I pegged my love nut with his electric cattle prod.

And there are others that just aren't fit to post.

I just can't even with this "book".
