As a CFO, i would highly recommend this book to all the people dealing with accounts in their company.
There are so many policies mentioned in this book which will help you to reduce your month end closing and make your firm better.
Maybe all the policies are not for your firm, but I am sure you will find atleast once policy that will help you.

This is truly a great book. I have read many, many, many books for CFO’s and FC’s but this one is well ahead. Would love to see an updated version bringing many new ideas that have recently flourished (eg BI tools, AI and robotics...)
