In the galaxy's most oppressive, urban environments, there are still some who dedicate themselves to fighting back from the shadows. These Sentinels are the last bastions of hope in these desperate cities, and theirs is often a thankless vigil. Even as they try to redress unsolved crimes and loosen the Empire's stranglehold upon their worlds, they risk being reported by ordinary citizens who think they're doing the right thing.

These Sentinels and their labors gain new support from Endless Vigil, a Sentinel sourcebook for the Star Wars®: Force and Destiny™ roleplaying game. Its 96 full-color pages introduce new specializations, species, signature abilities, and gear. Additionally, Game Masters will find a wealth of material designed to enrich their urban encounters; new droid adversaries and information on podracing run alongside tips and charts to help you get the most of your urban encounters and investigative adventures.

Nebulous value to a campaign, but plenty of options for a Jedi pursuing their own form of justice…

Star Wars Force and Destiny Game Endless Vigil is a sourcebook for Jedi sentinels…which are essentially investigators but it also has options for other covert characters that don’t necessarily use the force.

Most of the Jedi stuff is fairly generic, describing the types of folk that become Jedi Sentinels.

More important is the material they have on other professions in the underworld or gambling sector, along with a wealth of equipment. This includes Jedi and non Jedi equipment, along with assorted lightsaber modifications.

Oddly there is only limited info on new planets or locations.

An interesting section covers podracing, various podracers, and assorted useful rules and equipment for those who want a career in racing…

It’s terrible. The whole concept of BatJedi is already pretty lame, and this book just continues that tradition. Also, Racer and Investigator are specialities of the same career? Ummm...okay. Gets 2 stars purely because there is some nice artwork here and a few vehicles that are interesting. The pod racing rules are pretty good too.

This is solid!

You already know that you want to purchase this book, so just do it.

There are some equipment and skills that basically turn you into a Jedi / Batman - enough said.
