BRILLIANT!
What to say next I have know idea. The book is BRILLIANT. I've so gotta visit Provincetown, kinda hard living in the UK. But I can dream. This book has everything, friendship, heroism, bad guys, good guys, and a whole lotta love. The descriptions are outstanding, the image they portray in my head makes me wanna visit. Clear water, Sandy beaches and an awesome story. Radclyffe gets you hooked from the first word and leaves you dangling at the end. So now I'm off to read number three. Enjoy!

I’ve read more than one series by Radclyffe. And I love them all, so it’s not really surprising that I love this one too. I’m fascinated by Radclyffe’s ability to spin so many stories about different groups of friends.
The characters, main and secondaries, are created well, strong women who are still vulnerable. It’s about friendship and love, family and work. Rad weaves the different plot lines perfectly together. And doc and cops are always a favorite combination of me.
The relationships, both, Tory and Reese, also Brianna and Caroline, are beautiful narrate. The chemistry is there and the love scenes are hot. I’m looking forward to more of these great women and their journey in life.
I’m really happy that there are five more books to this series

I'm not a radclyffe fan, but i actually thought this book was pretty good. Not just the standard formula.

I love this series. Having spent so much time in Cape Cod, and Provincetown, it is wonderful that this brings so much of that back, with real places, and events. The Pied and the Tea Dance come to mind particularly as well as just the whole atmosphere of P-Town. The story, of course was wonderful. I love Reese, and Bri, although sometimes Bri does some pretty foolish stuff. Looking forward to diving into Distant Shores.

I love book two just as much as book one!!!
Reese and Tory decide to have a baby. I couldn’t think of two more wonderful people to raise a child. Reese’s fear of something going wrong and losing Tor or the baby is very real and felt. Tor also has to face her fear of losing Reese when she is injured not once but twice. I was so scared that Tory or the baby wouldn’t make it at the end. I cried with relief when they all polled through. They are such a beautiful little family. Bri and Carre are their family as well. They are each others strength and heart. I love them.
Their is something so special about Bri and Carre. The two of them are at school in New York, but all Bri wants is to be a cop and to go home to Provincetown. She fears she will be to ordinary for Carre who she loves more than life. Carre can feel something is wrong and can feel pulling away. It’s heartbreaking to watch Bri get lost and the space between them start to grow. I was so happy when Carre decided to summer in Provincetown and I almost cried when her and Bri talk things out and start to repair their relationship.
In this book we also get our first glimpse of Allie and Ashley, as well as, K.T., Tory’s ex. Allie and Bri are going to be great friends. I wanted to hate K.T., but she saves Tory and Reggie when she performs an emergency c-section. I can’t wait to read their stories!

There is much to enjoy about the relationship between Reese and Tory. They are so there for each other, that kind of love and devotion almost seems unbelievable. Almost. Reese wanna be Brianna makes a decision that she just has to make and hopes for the best. Caroline is a very determined young lady who knows what she wants. The introduction and reintroduction of characters will make for interesting and intriguing next reads.

Not my favorite of the series. A little overwrought and a little over emotional for me - too often some character is convinced another is in imminent peril, to quickly discover they were fine. Phew!
That being said, the setting, the cast, and in particular the promise of a story arc featuring The Doctor’s Fabulous Ex Coming To Town will have me tuning in to book 3 without delay.

One of my favorite series. The characters are strong vulnerable women who live their life to the fullest. Add in an exciting plot and it makes for a very fun journey. I recommend you read this series from the beginning to the latest book. It just continues to entertain.

I enjoyed the depiction of Provincetown, a place I know well and love. So the best parts of the book were the images in my head of Herring Cove, Cafe Heaven and even the pay phone next to the UU Meeting house. The characters, the sex and the plot were cardboard, routine and the "plot" was thin.

A series…
When I read the first book in the series, I thought it would be like other series. A new book about a new couple. This series seems to feature the same two MC from the first in the series. I was pleasantly surprised and glad. I had felt that their story wasn’t complete. Now I understand why. It is good to see more of Bri and Caroline. Witnessing the growth of new young love that can only be the love of true soulmates blossom. Some are lucky enough to find their soulmates so young and to know it when they see it.
K.T. She keeps showing up. She made an appearance at such a monumental moment during a crisis. She did the same here. She saves the day. How will this play out. I feel that we have not seen the last of her. And the feelings that Tory had for her, ran deep. Is she raring to cause trouble in paradise? Because she is building up and depositing her presence in their lives.
I can’t wait to read what happens next. I love this series at first read.

I don't usually read the second book in an arc before the first, but in this case it wasn't a problem. I thought this was a wonderful stand alone book even though there are references to past events in Safe Harbor. Something about strong, silent types meeting up with other strong women makes for a terrific plot line. Throw in a police drama, a few side romances, a hint of military angst with Don't Ask, Don't Tell and you have the makings of a book that is hard to put down. Radclyffe does a good job of deepening the character stories. That it is set in Provincetown is only a plus. Hope to read more in this arc of stories.

Oh my god, I love this book! This was one of Rad's best, at least, I think so. Rarely do I enjoy more than one romance in a single novel, but this was a shining exception. Of course I love Tory and Reese, and their steady love for each other, but equally as intriguing was the relationship between Bri and Carre. At first, it was tenuous, but I soon found myself longing to read about both romances. It was a new experience for me, as I often find myself skimming over satellite character streams, but there was none of that here. In the end I was equally as enraptured with both. Fantastic!

Awesome sequel to Radclyffe’s Safe Harbor. Follows the continuing story of the main characters, Tory, Reese, Bri and Caroline. I loved following their relationships and how their lives continued to evolve.
I couldn’t get enough of their story. Intense, emotional, sexually intimate. It has everything. I wish it didn’t end. Love this book. Very fast read. I love the setting of Province Town. One of my favorite stomping grounds!

I enjoyed the story and the narrator did a good job of representing the different characters (there was more than one Maine accent this time around), but I'm not sure I'll continue listening to the series. This is no fault of the author, but angsty butches cause me awful flashbacks. Radclyffe is an excellent writer, and I recommend her books to any fan of lesfic.

Also enjoyable story, but even more pro-cop than the first one. I liked the shifting focus compared to the first book, with Bri now a POV character.
Also a lot of sex, which isn't a problem but it seems the characters only could interact romantically sexually. And the sex was always pretty much the same so it got boring.

Always satisfyingly intriguing
Radcliff never ceases to amaze me with heartfelt plots and love. The intellect and emotions she conveys through her characters is one of the things I truly admire about her writing.

OMG, Regina!! what a wonderful ending to this 2nd book. I'm not going to lie, I'm loving Bri's growth and Car's unwavering love. Who say's young love can't be forever. I'm so glad to see young peoples struggles shared in a beautiful way, that let's us know its okay to not know it all.
