I don't particularly like applied mathematics (which PDEs kinda falls under), and I don't think this course did much to change my mind. However, these lectures notes by David are very well-written and the exposition is, for the most part, lucid with a healthy amount of examples.

Chapter III on Conservation Laws was a slog though, but maybe it would've been less of a struggle if I didn't skip class nearly 90% of the time.
