Small-town girl, Scarlett Moore, has a big dream, but no way of making it happen. It’s always two steps forward and one step back for this want-to-be chef. But when ridiculously hot movie star, Heath Lawson, comes to town to film a movie, Scarlett realizes her luck may be about to change. The moment she lays eyes on him, she knows she’s ready to hand in her virgin card, but a guy like him would never want a shy, curvy diner cook like her. Would he?
Texas-born Heath Lawson has had it with the paparazzi, drama, and phonies of Hollywood. He’s going to spend two glorious weeks alone in a remote cabin before shooting his next film. But he’s not expecting to find the girl of his dreams living right next door, and cooking all his meals. The moment he sees Scarlett, he knows he has to make her his.
Kiss Me is a super fun, super dirty fantasy. So, if that’s what you’re looking for, one-click it already. ;)
Caution: Adele Hart specializes in quickies with a heart-on. All insta-love, all HEA’s, all the time. The dirtier the better. Think of this as your afternoon delight… your guilty pleasure…. bonbons for your brain. You get the idea.
I have mix feelings for this book. Yes, I loved it but I want to love it more! I know Adele Hart is a safe author but when it comes to Hollywood romance, I get worried. Like if there's a kissing scene the H or h needed to shoot with another person or worse, sex scene.
The story is about Heath and Scarlett.
Heath is a movie star and he's the People's Sexiest Man of the Year 3 years in a row.
Scarlett's working at the diner in town as the cook. She inherited a property from her uncle and the actor (Heath) who'll be shooting out there the next month will rent the cabin.
He came a couple of weeks early to relax and have time for himself before the next film starts shooting.
They got to know each other and fell in love. But Scarlett has insecurities and I can't blame her. She's not the annoying type of woman. She just thought she's not good enough for him. She knows it's his job but it's still hard for her to see him being intimate with another woman on the set.
He never gave her any reason not to trust him but I understand her. He's a very nice man and I liked that he's ready to give up everything for her. I just didn't like that there's a kissing scene. I know he's an actor but I prefer it to be off page. Like not mentioned at all. He can do action scenes. It doesn't have to be a kissing scene. That's just me though.

I am over the moon with these short steamy stories. I can easily say that this is my favorite to date!
Heath was so sweet and sexy. Being a movie star, I was afraid he was going to be arrogant or self centered and he wasn't. He immediately liked Scarlet and made her feel so special.
Scarlet was so excited that Heath was going to be staying in her cabin. She was instantly attracted to him but didn't think a famous movie star would see her that way. She was insecure because she wasn't a glamorous Hollywood starlet. Heath went out of his way to make her feel special.
-sexy movie star hero -sweet funny average-gal heroine -no cheating -om drama - none -ow drama - Scarlet was insecure because Heath had a kissing scene with his female lead but he was so awesome when he talked to her about it. Swoon! -no pushing away -Awesome epilogue that I loved. 2 months out and then 5 years. Love it!
It was nice and got the h's insecurities because H is a movie star. But I didn't like her in the epilogue, it's not like the Golden Globes happen when you least expect, if she really wanted to support her husband by going with him she should have gotten shoes adand cute for her swollen feet instead of throwing a little tantrum 5 minutes before the event.
**Edit**
Also this: “Ugh! Why didn't I just have sex with Keith Miller back in senior year when I had the chance? [...] If I had at least had sex once, I'd have it over with, and I could pretend to be all worldly right now.” Ok, so she wished she had a casual experience so she wouldn't disappointed H in bed but two or three paragraphs later: “I've waited this long for Mr. Right. No settling for Mr. Right Now, no matter how hot and famous he is.” Sorry but for such a short novella I don't want the h changing her mind every two seconds, or she wanted experience to satisfy the hottie or she wants to wait for the one.

Woo Hoo!!! Love this series more and more and every book I've been reading was absolutely sweet, sexy, and worth to wait. This story was a simple yet so touching. The author was perfectly capable to bring out the sweetness, the warmth, the sexiness, and the romance to this book. Add more hot scenes and its absolutely purrfect!!! Can't wait the other series and hope they'll come soon. Yup. Impatient girl to the max here ;-)
I just finished this book and before I started typing this I had to stop and ask myself, wait what did I just read? and, what was it about? It took me a full minute to recall that 'oh yeah' (lightbulb) it was about a famous dude who rents a cabin in Montana and falls for the pretty landlord with low self-esteem.
The fact that I forgot the book the moment I finished reading tells you how interesting it is. Don't get me wrong it wasn't all bad it was short and sweet with a HEA (also well written in that I found little in the way of grammatical errors) but BORING. The story was an unoriginal troupe. I enjoy short sweet HEA troupe romance novels with very little actual storytelling going on when they are steamy sexy little smut bombs. In my humble opinion, this was too sweet to be smutty. Maybe it was the lack of kink that left me feeling nothing in the nether regions, or that the male protagonist wasn't the possessive alpha type I've come to enjoy, or maybe it wasn't meant to be smutty, who knows? My point is that while it didn't set my knickers on fire, everyone has different tastes so maybe someone with more "vanilla" tastes would enjoy this more than me.
Another fabulous short from Adele Hart. Each one is short but packed full of everything you want and love in a hot, sexy romantic story. Insta-Love at its best! Absolutely Perfect!
Heath, a much loved, Hollywood Superstar, is coming to Montana to make a movie and needs a private place to stay. Lucky for him, Scarlett has the perfect place. Secluded and private and right next door to her. Plus she is going to be cooking and cleaning for Heath as well. Dare Scarlett dream that it might lead to something more?
After reading a dark and suspenseful book I needed something short, sexy and fun and Kiss Me fit the bill perfectly! No bones about it, Adele Hart writes quick, HEA smuttiness that has you all a tingle in such an short space of time you wonder how this works so well in such a short read!
That being said, Kiss Me with the sexy Heath and the shy Scarlett is a match made in fantasy heaven and the romance (and smuttiness) between them makes this a worthwhile short!
I love Hollywood love storeys and this one was fantastic. Heath is a famous auther and is spending a couple of weeks in a cabin before he is going to start filming again. Scarlett own some small cabins in a little town her biggest dream is becoming a chef. one of her cabins is being rented to Heath and there is an instant spark between the two of them. It is a super romantic story that put a smile on my face I loved it
A adult read for people who are in to the series recommend highly can't wait for the next one of the series a really enjoyable read but quick shaping up to be a enjoyable series
Insecurities really mess with the course of true love in this quickie. The heroine doesn't have a great reason to distrust movie star, Heath, but she does. There's some heat, but it fits the overall tone well.
Kiss Me is a quick, sweet, heartfelt story. You'll meet Scarlett and Heath. Heath is an actor and is preparing for a movie. Scarlett ended up will a cabin from her Uncle's will. Heath's PA rents him a cabin while they film for the movie. You'll have to grab a copy of Kiss Me to see how Scarlett and Heath's story plays out. I really loved these characters. Another great job done by Adele.
°Virgin heroine/hero's past wasn't mentioned °Insecure heroine °Alpha hero °Switching POVs °Insta love °No OM drama °OW drama °No separation °Neither with others after meeting/no cheating °Epilogue: 5 years later
Hot! Hot! Hot! I have quickly become a fan of this authors work. This series of books really is Hot with Heart! This storyline is quite good and I really liked the characters. I enjoy hearts and flowers with my dirty, this author does it well. While this is an ARC for me to read / review I would purchase in a Hart beat!
Adele Hart's stories just keep getting hotter and hotter! Small-town girl Scarlett Moore has her world turned upside down when Hollywood heartthrob Heath Lawson shows up to rent a cabin next door to her before he prepares to shoot his next film. Will she be able to do only the job she is being paid for, or will cooking and cleaning lead to something else between the two?
One-click this fast-paced, well written story. Then, once you're finished, go ahead and one-click the rest of Adele's books. You won't be disappointed!
This was a great romantic read, about a movie star finding the love of his life, it was sweet and fun, and I couldn't put it down it was very well written and the characters were adorable.
I received a free copy of this book and voluntarily decided to review.
Scarlett is stuck in the small town she grew up in. She works as a cook in the local diner and she inherited a couple of cabins after the last of her family died. Then she gets a phone call. A movie is going to shot in their neighborhood and the company wants to rent one of her cabins so the movie's star and have privacy. They will also pay her to cook and clean for him. Scarlett is excited because she really needs the money and it may even help her go to culinary school which is her dream. The movie star is her favorite actor who she had a crush on, Heath. When Heath arrives she is surprised that he is a nice down to earth guy who seems to be interested in her. He is as hot as he is in the movie and she is tempted to see where the passion that sparks between them will go but she is a virgin. Will a hot movie actor be interested in anything more than a one night stand? This is a sweet insta-love book but Scarlett has some insecurities to overcome. I voluntarily received a copy of this book and this is my honest review.
