Empaths are a gift to humanity that unfortunately humanity has neglected. Empaths are the bridges between every space, gap and social need our world has. Their abilities to understand beyond the understandable provides the people around them an opportunity to achieve and thrive.
Empaths are the intuitive healers and nurturers of humanity, but only if we allow them to thrive among us. The sad truth is many empaths find themselves isolated at an early age and learn to not just neglect their gifts but to actively ignore them to fit into modern society. This is the biggest mistake humanity could ever let happen, in a time where misunderstandings and poor communication has resulted in so many injustices around the world today.
This book wants to help humanity take the first step in understanding empaths and embracing their importance among us.
You will - What exactly an empath is - The many different types of empaths there are - How to identify each type of empath - The special gifts of each empath - What each empath needs to thrive
Short but information is provided for each type of empath as to their strengths, weaknesses, and very importantly what to do to stabilize and balance themselves. I found valuable information as each ability was addressed separately with differing actions to fix specific problems. Some of the types addressed were Physical, Medical, Earth, Plant, Animal and Intuitive Empaths.
A good basic guide. Expected a little more details. The book did repeat a lot of the same points.
A good basic guide. Expected a little more details. The book did repeat a lot of the same points. I would loved if it went into more details on the subject matter.
This is a easy to read introduction to empathy of all types. It is short and gives the reader a short explanation of each type but does not go into great detail. I like this book and recommend it as a nice introduction to empaths.
I found this book to be very informative. There were some sentences that weren't complete. It was easy to read and a fast read. If you ever wondered about Empaths then this would be a good introductory book for you. It just introduces the 6 types that the Author has laid out with describing what types of people they are and what they are feeling that way you can perhaps identify with what you tend to feel with the descriptions in the book. If you do not believe people are Empaths than this book is not for you.
This is a great start for anyone just starting their journey understand the world of Empaths, themselves, and/or loved ones. It was far more general in terms of depth as to each type and the transferring of energy. I was most let down in regards to how to cope and work on alleviating (as much as possible of course) the negative symptoms/energies associated with each type. Also, was hoping for something that connects or correlates how someone can encompass multiple types of empathy as opposed to only having one specific type.
