In cartea deschizatoare de drumuri Enzima miracol, Dr. Shinya isi prezenta teoria enzimelor sursa si modul in care acestea influenteaza longevitatea. In cartea de fata, autorul introduce ideea unei noi categorii de enzime, capabile sa inverseze deteriorarile produse de inaintarea in varsta prin curatarea celulelor senescente sau "zombi", pe care ultimele cercetari stiintifice le arata ca fiind cauza principala a imbatranirii. This book offers good information for the general public, so if you need some basic pointers regarding healthy eating and lifestyle,then it can be a helpful reading . But if you want more scientific or detailed informaton, then this book will leave you disappointed .
I got the impression that there are some subjects that could have been explored more, to explain some concepts better. Also, it felt quite repetitive as the reading advanced. As other people here poited out, this book gives you the feeling that it should have been much shorter.
Overall, is a pleasant reading and it can be a starting point for those who what to get familiar with subjects like nutrition, intestinal health and fasting.

Cartea în sine nu este atât de rea. Doar că toată această informație putea fi scrisă în mult mai puține pagini.

Doctorul Hiromi Shinya este cel care a inventat colonoscopiile, este o eminență în sistemul digestiv și povestește despre experiența sa de-a lungul carierei prin care a observat relația dintre ceea ce mâncăm (sau nu mâncăm) și vitalitatea, bunăstarea și rezistența noastră la boli.

O recomand celor care vor să afle cum ne putem îmbunătăți starea de sănătate prin alimentație și nu numai.

Bagus banget! Enlightening dan aplikatif, karena Dokter Hiromi Shinya berasal dari Jepang, walau jauh, tapi masih satu benua sih sama Indonesia hehe jadi makanan-makanan sehat yang direkomendasikan juga mudah kita temui di sekitar kita.

Another good book about good habits for the life. This time the author seems to repeat himself in a lot of subjects he has discussed in the other book 'The Miracle Enzyme'. But you know what, the repetition is the mother of learning. The good ideas to take home are:
- the organic coffee enema can be very benefical to detox your colon and is good also for the liver
- your immune system is about 60 to 70% just in your small intestine in the nutrients absorbtion area called villes between them are the cells with the protection role
- the Kangen water is a great water to consume because is ionised and has very low free radical and toxins
- the C, E and the B complex vitamins are very good antioxidants so they help to not fast forward the old age
- vitamins are organic matter which are soluble in water or in fat, while minerals are anorganic matter and essential it means that the body can not syntetise it so we have to cover it from the food
- the oil fish is a great supplement because it has DHA and EPA
- the body will fill up with toxins when we eat red meat and dairy products with harmfull proteins which is degraded proteins so this will be intracellular and is very hard to escape the cells from this garbage
- one thing you can implement is the fasting which engages the autofagy and this will recycle the bad proteins
- another thing you can implement to ease up the digestion is the abdominal massage
- a great way to feel better is about incorporating 4-5 deep inhale exhale each hour

Seperti iklan susu balita bertahun lalu: "Perut adalah otak kedua". Perut di sini merujuk pada organ-organ pencernaan (terutama usus) yang menurut Hiromi Shinya bertanggung jawab pada 80% pertahanan tubuh. Imunitas tubuh dengan demikian berada di usus dan hal-hal terkait ususlah yang seharusnya bertanggung jawab pada kekebalan tubuh, yakni MAKANAN. Shinya berulang kali menegaskan bahwa apa yang kita konsumsi adalah apa yang membuat kita sehat atau sakit. Virus, bakteri, dan penyakit lain pada dasarnya akan lemah ketika kekebalan tubuh kita kuat. Selama pencernaan baik dan imunitas naik, berbagai penyakit akan menjauh.

Makanan dan minuman jugalah yang bertanggung jawab kepada kebugaran seseorang. Shinya tidak terlalu menekankan pada olahraga, meskipun olahraga rutin penting dalam pendapatnya. Makanan dan minuman yang baik adalah yang utama, ditambah dengan puasa pagi ala Shinya, lalu istirahat dan olahraga secukupnya. Untuk awet muda, kita harus membuang sampah-sampah yang menumpuk tidak hanya dalam usus besar, tetapi juga sampah-sampah dalam sel.

Cada día estoy más convencida de la importancia de la nutrición en nuestra salud y en lograr un envejecimiento sano, digno y activo. Este revolucionario doctor es muy coherente con todo lo que he ido leyendo y descubriendo por otras fuentes y comulga con un estilo de vida y de alimentación que espero lograr en su totalidad algún día. Hoy en día es muy difícil comer sano, sin preservativos, sin aditivos, sin pesticidas, sin hormonas. La ignorancia a la hora de alimentarnos, el no saber que comer nos está enfermando cada día más. Las estadísticas son alarmantes y es poco lo que se hace para esta pandemia. La información es poder y con ella podemos lograr nuestro cambio. Lo orgánico y lo natural es nuestro mejor aliado, la naturaleza suele brindar todo aquello que necesitamos, utilicémosla y cuidémosla con conciencia.

This is a captivating short book about the importance of what we eat. The explanations are very straightforward and capable to turn on your curiosity and invite you to search for more if you are interested in the subject. No esta nada mal este libro. El doctor que inventó las colonoscópias, una eminencia en el aparato digestivo cuenta su dilatada experiencia observando durante toda su carrera la relación existente entre lo que comemos (o no comemos) y nuestra vitalidad, bienestar y resistencia a las enfermedades. Yo me quedo con pocas pero interesantes ideas; Los microayunos son muy saludables, estar de vez en cuando entre 15 y 18 horas sin comer puede ser muy bueno para la salud de nuestras células. También me quedo con la idea de la importancia que tiene el PH de los alimentos que ingerimos y como el cuerpo trata de equilibrar el cuerpo al PH idóneo, a veces se lo ponemos muy difícil, provocando excesivo estrés a nuestras células, esto a veces deriva en enfermedades a veces incurables... En definitiva a mi este libro me ha parecido interesante y sin duda recomiendo su lectura.

Shinya makes the case for the importance of intestinal health to overall physical and mental health.
He also explains the place of toxins better than it has ever been explained to me.
I've read his dietary recommendations before, so there was nothing new there. But I'm heading that way anyhow.
