Health book with emphasis on raw food. There is some information on breathwork, yoga and exercise, meditation and quantum healing. She provides a reading list at the end also.
There are quite a few Mexican style recipes and a ingredients called for. For example loads of young coconuts.
Decent information for those new to raw food.
I'm still steering clear of raw mushrooms though so no mushroom almondine soup for me.

My introduction to Raw Foods! I had never heard of this lifestyle and this 'uncook' book started me on a very interesting and satisfying journey. The sprouted quinoa salad is very tasty, but I have so many more recipes to try before I find my favorite! This book offers a great variety of dishes, many accompanied by color photos.
