Needed something quick
I'll be honest, I haven't read the book, so keep that in mind. I enjoyed this quick read and feel I'll benefit from it. I just got a managerial position, and I have tons of things to learn. Thus, I didn't have time to read a whole book. From reading the summary, I'll definitely take the time to read the book and feel it gave me a good basis to the book's content. I, also, feel this book could benefit my son, who lately has a little too much confidence.

I definitely got a gist of the book and it's really good if you are crunched for time.The summaries are good enough to start applying in day to day life.For most parts the book preserves the wisdom while decreasing the word count.I just felt the Sherman and Grant anecdote had something missing.I can't say what as I have not read the original.

Good overall and quick summary
I was looking for a refresher about this book and this summary did a good job. I am glad that people are doing these summaries when we just need a quick refresher.
