Claimed Princess is book three in The Princess series by Alexa Riley.
In this book we meet Heavenly, the little sister of the King we met in book two, Karim. If you remember, Karim and Heavenly lost their parents several years before so Karim was forced to become King immediately. In the stress of his new role and the grief of their loss, Karim was unable to properly care for Heavenly so he sent her to live with her grandmother. Heavenly quickly became attached to the family next door, with the young man who was soon to be a King as well.
When Carlos first met Heavenly, she was so young, but he knew she would someday be his Queen. It was customary that when a princess was twenty one years old, she would be wed. So he just had to wait. He kept his feelings to himself. Heavenly was at his home practically all the time. His mother became a surrogate mother to her. She even completed her schooling there. But he was convinced that she thought of him as just a friend, as a big brother. When he was forced to become King, people started wondering when he would choose his wife. He already knew who his wife would be, she just didn’t know it yet.
“My heart already belongs to a man who’s been searching for his own wife since he became King. I’m not even a blip on his radar in that area. I’m like his cute little sister in his eyes, someone he has to protect and shelter.”
Heavenly fell in love with Carlos the first time she ever saw him. But she was sure he just thought of her as a little sister. He never showed any other type of feelings toward her. She loved being at his palace and loved his mother as her own. She was going to be twenty one years old in three days. Would her older brother force her to wed another? She couldn’t risk it. So maybe she should just volunteer to wed Carlos’s brother so she could remain a part of his family. If Carlos didn’t want her, at least she could stay as his brother’s wife. When she announced this idea to Carlos, he was furious.
“So you’re a bit of a stalker.”
“I can’t stalk something that belongs to me.”
This is such a cute little story. Heavenly and Carlos have no idea how each other feels. And when the feelings are finally revealed, they waste no time revving up for the wedding night. Heavenly was adorable and Carlos was the perfect alpha King who’s love for his future Queen was that of fairy tales. I loved getting an update on Karim and his bride, Giselle. And I am so very excited about the upcoming fourth book in this series, Forbidden Princess, which will be Vlad and Tabby’s story whom we met in the first book. I can’t wait for this one.

Once upon a time, in a Kingdom far far away, there was a King who was in love with his best friend...
…and he was practically perfect in every way
He was loyal:
Loyalty is everything to him. I know Carlos would be faithful to his wife. He’s a man of great honor. That’s probably why I’ve never seen any magazine pictures of him out on a date.
He was offering his princess everything she wanted:
“I’ll plant another twenty cherry trees in the orchard if it pleases you.”
I smile up at him, knowing he’ll do anything I ask. But I think the last twenty he planted for me was more than enough.
He wasn’t scared to talk about their future children:
“You were talking about our kids that night. I knew when those words left your lips that I’d give you that.”
He was saving himself for his sweetheart:
“I’ve known you were mine for a long time, my Heavenly. Before I was even thinking about kissing girls. Do you think after I found you and knew what you’d become to me that I’d ever be disloyal to you?”
He did not hesitate to say “I love you”:
“What do you feel for me?” I push, wanting to hear it all.
“I love you, damn it.”
He was honorable:
“But I’ve waited this long, so we’re going to wait a little longer before I take you as mine. I’m not strong enough to let you go, but I will honor your innocence and keep with tradition.”

This is actually my favorite cover out of all three books so far. Obviously, they are all the same, but I think the purple in this one really makes it POP.
I'm running out of things to say about these books. Again I really enjoyed this one. Again it felt like the AR of old. I loved the heroine. I loved the hero. This one felt to me like it didn't have as many sexy times as the previous two. I still enjoyed it though. I'd LOVE to see Romy get a book but he seems to be a player, so not sure AR will go there. Guess we will just have to wait and see. Two thumbs up from yours truly.

4 ANOTHER CALL ME KING STARS

So this book was sweet but I must say I'm a little over the whole KING THING!
If another hero ever tells the heroine to call him KING when they are in bed, I AM KILLING THAT CRAP RIGHT THERE!
I'm sooo over it!!!
And this is why I couldn't give it 5 stars. I get that he is a kind and all but seriously she is your wife and you ask her to call you by your title in bed!!!
Everyone calls you by this name...how is that special?
Is it just me it bothered?
Yeah he was alpha and yes he was sweet and loving but I just didn't enjoy that part.
Also, while I did like mostly every romantic/stalker thing he did, I didn't like those cameras are just a little on the creepy side. I don't like being watched while I'm alone.
Just think about it for a minute here, people sometimes fart or fix my panties or bra and stuff and he would see that!?
HELLO NO!!!
That was a step too far for me!
Otherwise, the book is Perfect without cheating both virgins and no drama or condoms!
And the rest of the book was just ....

Claimed Princess is the most anticipated story I've been waiting for. Heavenly is Karim's sister from Stolen Princess and she made appearances in the wedding along with her 'friend', Carlos. Unfortunately, I liked it enough but not enough to love it.
Heavenly and Carlos already close since very young age. They're only 'friends' but lately Carlos showed his protectiveness towards her. She is freely to roam in Carlos's place even he's now the King. Now, Heavenly has coming on her marriage age but hesitated to leave Carlos and she has a plan. However, Carlos didn't like it and he has another plan for her.
I kinda liked Heavenly at first. She's very lovely with a bit wild side. Her adoration towards Carlos is endless. She's already in love with him but hesitated because Carlos didn't show it. IMO, there isn't much info about Carlos except he's a king and really possessive towards her since ages ago. Where she goes, there he is. A typical caveman from Alexa Riley, huh.
They supposed to have more chemistry than other couple. Well, they're childhood friend. Heavenly surprised when Carlos proposed her. They have a bit drama because of the poor communication. Pft. But yeah, Heavenly and Carlos are really intended for each other.
Everything happened so fast. Marriage and sex. Yup, they had numerous of sex scenes but it was too sugary for me. It was steamy enough. I wish to see more dirty action from both of them but sadly, there is none. I also didn't expect Heavenly became 'submissive'. Anyway, there is no insta-love but I hardly feel their chemistry except they're really horny all the time. Still, a decent story with a lot of sexy times from alpha king.

This is another wonderful erotic fairytale by the lovely AR ladies.
Karim's little sister had to grow up some day. And she had to have a slightly older guy-friend to love in secret. And of course he loved her back.
Oh! And of course they end up happily ever after. They just need some misunderstandings first.
I'm taking away 1.5 stars because of that unbelievable/silly epilogue.
For fairytales.. they are alive and real in your heart.
And maybe in your lady business.

Short, Sweet and Sexy
We met Heavenly and Carlos is the previous book and I was looking forward to their story.
From the second they met years ago all they've ever wanted is each other. Heavenly loves Carlos and always has and while she knows he loves her back she feels it's more of a brotherly love and she hates that he's looking for a wife.
For Carlos Heavenly is it, his future queen and he's counting the days until she's twenty-one and he can finally make her his.
As with the previous books this is a sweet sexy little romance, light on story heavy on romance.

Funny and sexy to read, the story of mistakes and misunderstandings. Still more and more and never too much of Alexa Riley to me.
Despite the age difference, Heavenly and Carlos were friends for a long time, almost like siblings. Although none of them thought of themselves as a brother or sister. They had quite different feelings, but they hide it well. When Heavenly comes out of age and may be chosen to marry, he is determined to make her his in the most perfect ways, but not everything goes as it should.
Have I already told you that I like the royal romances? It reminds me of all those romantic times that were not so romantic. But there are thanks to Alexa Riley and as dirty as ever.
This is friends to lovers story. Sweet and hot novella. It was nice to see a few funny scenes and unexpected behaviors. Also, those with the characters from the previous book.
Now the fourth part of this series before us which will be created thanks to the fans. Alexa Riley give us more and more of these short stories, and despite some ups and downs, I still can't stop to read them. Sometimes really I do not understand this phenomenon, but participate in it anyway. So who cares!

Sometimes really I do not understand this phenomenon, but participate in it anyway. So who cares!

This third installment of the Princess series I read in one sitting before bed last night! I've said it before but I absolutely love these short reads!! Yes, they are over the top, and full of smutty sex; but in my mind as long as I'm aware of that ahead of time....I can enjoy them for being a true indulgent read!!! I'm just so happy that I checked these out, and I can't wait to see what is coming in book four!!!

I think this one is my favorite in the series, if not tied with book 1. The story is so cute and I loved how possessive the H was when it comes to the h. He's the over the top alpha male!
The story is about Carlos and Heavenly.
She moved in with her grandma after their parents died and her brother, Karim (book2 H) had taken the crown.
She met Carlos. They grew up together and became best friends. She's a princess and he's a king. She's been in love with him for years and she thought he only thinks of her as his little sister.
He's being pressured to choose a bride but he's still waiting for her to turn 21. And when she suggested to marry his brother (just so she'll never have to leave and still be close to him and his family), he snapped and demanded she'll marry him. She thought it's just his way of trying to do what's best for her but he's been in love with her from the first time he saw her.
He's so possessive I can't help myself from laughing at his actions. And I loved that he waited for her. I just didn't know whether to laugh or be disappointed on where they had sex for the first time. And I'm a little confused about the age thing. Still, I enjoyed it a lot.
It has nice epilogues too.

This was a short little story and I enjoyed it as much as the previous. Carlos was "The King of Possessiveness" with Heavenly! He was the serious King loving Heavenly for years and waited for the right moment to claim her, and Heavenly was the young Princess who enjoyed her life around Carlos' palace. He was so sweet with her and always did things to make her happy!
Carlos and Heavenly were friends since kids. They had feelings for each other but never let them out there for the world to see, at least that's what they thought. I loved how their story started, with the right push and Carlos was going crazy at the possibility of losing Heavenly so he hunted her down and locked her in his palace! Weak story. Weak characters.
The King, princess and castle crap was unnecessary since there was no elaboration on any of it.
For an AR book the sex was meh.
The whole book just seemed to be rushed, cranked out for the sake of making a buck.
I did however finish it so that's a plus. And I gave an extra star for both MC's being virgins.
100% safety gang safe
