The message of the book is important regarding education, work ethics, self-responsibility, and learning from our mistakes. I enjoyed learning about him, his life experiences, and his various jobs. The relationship with his cousin was enjoyable, funny, and touching. However, I believe the book needs editing. I found it difficult to read because of sentence structure and repetition. An author may express his opinion as he so chooses, but I had difficulty with some language he chose and his harsh opinions. Mr. Landgraf could express his position on God and religion without using offensive language in the manner he did.
I am a fan of Mr. Landgraf and have enjoyed his other books. To give a book only 3 stars is not something I like to do nor do it easily.
