Praktisch en toegankelijk boek om te lezen. Redelijk wat informatie al bekend maar toch een aantal nieuwe inzichten opgedaan om mee te kunnen experimenteren.

Practical, wise advice that is timeless, ageless for modern humans who forget where we truly came from. Casper helps the reader to physically go back to our original imprint and co

ding and live from there in this
Modern age. Follow his advice for an individualized plan. Good luck to you.

Interesting, educational and well-thought-out book on mostly on how one can improve his/her attention and focus by applying a number of strategies and "bio-hacks". It first briefly goes over how the different parts of our brain work together (or often not..) to make us what we are, and how we can often optimize how brain by following a set of rules...Seems easy on paper but not so much so when it comes to applying them. In my opinion many these changes require a sort of determination and discipline that few people possess....And many of the suggestions put forth by the author would probably not be applicable to everyone (as expected since we all slightly genetically different in spite of being basically biologically identical). I definitely disagree with some of the nutrition suggestions (but not all). Still highly recommended for all those always looking to improve themselves, and to all those into bio-hacking.

As a kit bag of tips and hack the book collates a good collect, many already well known. The personal journey is likely to be inspiring for those seeking to escape apathy or inertia so it's an efficient short book for that. The author promotes the achievement of writing in one month as a positive, that is fine but more time spent could have for a better read. The chapter/section structure around timed focus is an interesting device to research more.

This book takes much of its material from other books so if you have already read book such as Deep Work or Growth Mindset then you might find it repetitive. The originals areas the author worked were around health tips which I found interesting.

My review is the opposite of what I read or Heard. Great Thank you to the Author, a Real doer and achiever, now podcaster, full of life...no one seems to have a complete understanding of his very tough life to take some risks and be continually out if his confort zone.

Interessant boek met veel praktische tips. Toegankelijk qua taalgebruik. Goed wetenschappelijk onderbouwd, op het hoofdstuk over voeding na helaas, daar wordt begonnen met een N=1 studie over 'witte suiker' zonder verdere uitleg.

Yet another of this kind. Although I liked book structure and found some good life hack tips. Missed breathing part - the one why I've chosen Kasper's book
