This was really good for a short, 100 page book. I only wish it was longer and the plot more developed--as in they talked more about their lives than just having sex & there would be an epilogue with Catherine pregnant.

The erotica parts were well written & steamy. Not smutty, which is important for me. I also rlly liked Catherine. (I liked Thomas too, but I typically like the guys in regency novels, lol.) I didn't rlly think was a bdsm book, but maybe I still do not fully understand what bdsm is lolll (even after reading multiple books about it). I just understand that there were elements of bdsm in this.

I'm giving it 5 stars for what it was, though in terms of enjoyment, it was a 4.5.
