A unique and valuable perspective on how a Narcissist hurts, hooks and controls you.
I've read lots on this subject. I've watched lots on You Tube about it. I've been victim to Narcissistic abuse both by a parent and partners. It is a horrendous journey. Like me, it may take you many years before you even have an inkling if what you are being subjected to. Freedom is possible however, I am a walking testimony to that.
This book is written by an actually male Narcissist, he’s written a lot of books. He kind of knows his subject matter and this gives you a unique perspective into everything they say, do and think. Invaluable tools and knowledge to either get away from the Narcissist in your life and show you what to watch for in future relationships.
I would like to see everyone with a good heart seeking genuine healthy love to read this. Knowledge is power! It hurts when you realise the one you love is an illusion and all your efforts and hope for it to change was wasted time and precious energy.
If you or someone you know is suffering this abuse then get this book. It can be a life changing read. I recommend a lot of his other books too.
Whilst gaining insight into the horrendous mind and plans a Narcissist has to destroy you, it's hard to like the author of course. No matter this is one of the most valuable books I have ever read on this subject. Five stars from me and my prayer is that YOU are set free and heal from Narcissistic abuse.

HG Tudor is an admitted narcissist who shares, in several books, the nuances behind the abuse he heaps on his victims. If you think you may have been manipulated by a narc, or if you know you have but want to educate yourself further, read Tudor. This quote from the book summarizes it better than I could: "The fascinating thing about my manipulative skills is that those who are subject to them do not even realise that they have been manipulated until it is far too late. By then I have extracted what I have wanted and moved on, leaving you swinging in the breeze and a shadow of your former self." Yep.

If you have read his other books, then this one simply rehashes the material he has written in his other titles. I recommend you read the following titles of his, in this order:

These 4 titles lay bare the narcissist for you. The other books are just repetitive.

Narcissists are everywhere, they use you, manipulate you, drain you of your vital energy and, what's even worse, everyone will treat you as the crazy one if you dare to complain about them. Our only hope is to educate ourselves in order to avoid these disgusting creatures.

I thought I knew what manipulation meant, but after reading this book I realised there is so much more to it than I ever could have imagined. We all manipulate from time to time, but it’s often harmless and we do it do get certain things done. But the lengths and reasons behind why a narcissist does this is something totally different. It was brutal to read some of these methods, but it is oh so educational and needed to understand what lays behind this logic. After reading this book I am able to recognise when i am being manipulated, why this occurs and how not to get involved in the narcissistic web ever again.

Another great tool for the Empaths
Another great work by HG Tudor. I am working my way through them all in no particular order. This was the seventh. I chose this book in an attempt to identify, understand, and respond to the machinations of the narc in my life. I took notes while reading and determined he has used at least 10 of these manipulations. Perhaps the others were too subtle for me to notice?

Great insight. This is better than a horror novel.
Some things I was actually in shock and awe about when I read them because I never actually put two and two together, and some things, I just expected to see here.

Everybody who has ever been evolved with a controlling person should read this book. It has opened my mind to the fact that I have been used for 14 years.

It gives you great insight into how narcissists work. It will trouble you a great deal, especially if you are in a relationship with one.

I do not recommend Tudor's videos, as much of it is fiction. I am not even sure if Tudor is actually a narcissist and whether he has ever done any of the things he explains in this book, but having read 25+ books on this topic, and having had actual personal experiences dealing with such people - he understands this material very well, and this is overall the best book on the topic: it's quick, accessible, and really effective at teaching you what's going on. Reading this book should be essential reading.

Hasta ahorita, tres años después lo retomé y lo pude terminar. Me identifiqué con todas. Todas las viví en carne propia por una mujer narcisista. Me convencí más del mounstro con quién estuve.

Me gusto el libro, lo recomiendo.
Bueno, creo que si lo hubiera leido antes,me hubiera ahorrado muchos dolores de cabeza, poca importancia tenían estos temas para mi, pero es un error ignorarlos, puedes ser victima la manipulación psicológica sin sospecharlo.
