Interessante nos factos histórico relatados, que, no entanto, por vezes introduz sem grande relação com a história, e quase sempre de forma muito superficial.
Great historical fiction about the life of the first Pope from Portugal known as John XXI or Pedro Hispano. His brief tenure as Pope was demarcated with progressive initiatives such as unification with the Orthodox Church, improving medical care, removing internal Church excesses and promoting science and learning. Unfortunately, his premature death was cloaked in mystery and possible murder from a wide array of rivals. Please note that this book is written in Portuguese. Again, great book!
