Damon and Charlie...whew! Hot and steamy overload...with a really interesting plot about a bad man up to no good and the beautiful woman he wants because he thinks he's owed her...and a MMA fighter who gets himself into hot water defending her honor.
The book started out with a mystery and although the emotionally messed up Damon tries to resist the beautiful Charlie, he is pulled into her world and her problems and they both discover common ground. A gamble of a play at the end is exciting and thrilling and I really loved this book. Perfect combination of steamy sexual chemistry and dangerous underworld drama.

Loved it!!!

This is a quickly-paced dark romance that had me turning the pages trying to figure out what was happening next. It was hot and steamy with enough drama to keep me very interested. The author did a great job fleshing out the characters in the story, making you feel a connection/dislike where necessary.

This was a really great story. I love dark romance and this is one I would classify as dark romance. This story was about how dark an underground fighting ring could be when run by and evil King Pin by the name of Louise Davonte.

Damon McAvoy was what most would say was a washed up fighter. He was older then most guys in the underground fighting and now due to a injury could not longer fight. Now here he was let go. The only thing he knew was fighting. He had to feel some sort of lost. Wondering where he was going to go and what he was not going to do. He truly did not have a plan.

I loved Charlie Williams. She was a spit fire and was not going to bow down to no man not even the King Pin himself Louise Davonte. She would not agree to sleep with him and become his property. Unfortunately it looked like Louise Davonte did not care and was going to take what he wanted.

Damon found himself in some serious trouble. Of all the things he could of done. Yeah he should of never crossed Louise Davonte. He just signed his own death warranty and all for a girl.

I loved the attraction Damon had for Charlie. It was like this pull that was drawing him together. Can Damon find it in him to turn her over to Louise Davonte?

In this book we will see this fiery love that burns hot and long. The passion and attraction that Charlie and Damon have is freaking hot. No matter how hard they try to keep things total business it seems there is a strong force pulling these two together. These two need to think of a way to survive but they seem to can’t keep their hands off of each other.

Charlie has suffered some loss and Louise Davonte is behind her pain. She wants revenge and to bring down the underground fighting. Damon though knows they need to bring down Louise Davonte also knows that the underground fighting is important. He knows how much this helps the young men in his town. Charlie and Damon are totally on a different page and can not agree on this subject. Can these two work together to achieve one goal which is bring down Louise Davonte? Guess you will have to read the book to find out.

I voluntarily reviewed an Advanced Reader copy of this book. This is a bad boy romance with dark themes and an ultra-satisfying HEA. No cliffhangers! It is over-the-top sexy with all the dirty sweetness you’ve come to expect from an Alexx Andria books. This's the story of MMA fighter Damon McAvoy & beautiful Charlie Williams. The chemistry between Damon and Charlie is off the charts! The story is full of drama, danger, lots of suspense, mystery, hot sex scenes, underground fighting and a very bad man by the name of Louise Davonte. I guess you will need to read it to find out what happen and who wins!I highly recommend this, and any book written by this awesome author!!

This was a great story! But i expect nothing less from this author. Nail biter all the way til the end. And she still took me for a loop with an unexpected ending that made it difficult to close my mouth from the shockers. In this story the fight is not contained just within the ring. There are fights for survival, control, love, acceptance, and reputation. Lines are blurred when determining who's the ally or enemy. Caged will make you angry, sad, happy, and maybe even cry a little. But you will also be glad you read it!

Holy Hell this is HOT! Alexx did not amazing job of bringing characters to life in the Dark & erotic romance. Damon & Charlie are in for the ride of a lifetime. Davonte is a sinister arrogant man who wants Charlie & thinks he'll stop at nothing to get her. Will Damon be able to save Charlie from the vile things that Davonte has in store for her? Can he save her from himself? Charlie's will is strong & she's an independent woman but can she resist Damon's wicked bad boy ways? Highly recommend getting a coy so you can see for yourself. I think this is one of my favourite books i have read by Alexx, i loved it! Great characters and fast storyline that keeps you gripped from start to finish. Lots of edge of the seat moments, lots of fanning yourself too. Would certainly recommend!

I'm a sucker for this type of pairing - beautiful, feisty redhead meets huge, grumpy (retired) boxer. It starts off with a little enemies to lovers vibe and boy was it HAWT!
Not much to the plot, but I was PERSONALLY INVESTED in the emotional or lustiness between the MCs.

Esta es una historia interesante y contada de una manera distinta a otras que he leído. Un ex boxeador y una chica perseguida por la decadente vida en Detroit. Mientras leía esta historia sentía que se iban dejando algunos huecos en la trama. La narrativa está bien desarrollada, sus personajes son humanos y el entorno en el que se desarrolla la novela es bastante realista.
El intento al crear la historia hace que le de 4 estrellas, sin embargo no estoy segura de recomendar a alguien que se lea esta novela.

Had the privilege of reading this ARC. Wow, I didn't know the underworld could be so interesting. Charlie and Damon were meant to be together and no matter how headstrong either of them can be, they found the place they belong. There was lots of sadness, but really who's life doesn't have some crap in it. Love the dark bad boys, on the inside they all are the same teddy bears.

Frankie is being dragged into Davonte's office by his thugs, but when Damon sees it he intervenes. When Damon wakes up the next morning with Frankie in his bed, at first he has no idea what she is doing there. In an effort to save himself, Damon agrees to track down Frankie and return her to Davonte. Frankie hates the MMA and the fighters, when Damon tracks her down she makes sure he knows how she feels. After spending time with Frankie, Damon realizes that he doesn't want to turn her over to a man that will most likely abuse her and then dispose of her. Together they hatch a plan to enlist the aid of Davonte's rival to bring the man down. Wonderfully written characters. Frankie never thought she could love a fighter and Damon never thought he would want a relationship with one woman, but they found their happily ever after. This is a sizzling hot, sexy read with some chuckles, exciting action, and violence. Fantastic book!

I got this as an ARC for my honest opinion and review. This is my first book by Alexx Andria. I was very impressed. I loved the way it was written. I enjoyed the bad boy in Damon. But most of all I loved that Charlie was so confident and strong. She did not let anyone tell her what to do, how to act or bend to anyone will. She wants to live her like regardless of what people think she should do. Damon was a fighter for the Underground and he knows what it takes and what is can cost you. Now he is on a mission to bring her back to the King pin. So will Damon bring back Charlie? You are going to have to find out...can't tell you all the good stuff...

This was an interesting read. Things happen very quickly and the story reads really fast and easy. Charlie has gotten caught up in a bad situation, not of her making. She has been trying to deal with it and take down Davonte for causing the death of her brother for months, while also staying out of his hands. He decided he wanted her and doesn't care for the word no. Damon has been a fighter on the Underground circuit but just got let go by his manager. He is drowning his sorrows when he sees them dragging Charlie to Davonte and steps in and kicks all their butts...problem is he doesn't remember it the next day or why it did it. He isn't sure what side of things he wants to be on and Charlie isn't sure if she can trust him. They are drawn to each other but Damon is not anything like what Charlie thought she wanted. But when they end up in close quarters trying to figure things out, things change and they are forced to deal with the attraction they have. There is plenty going on in this story. Action, intrigue, and romance. I thought it was all blended together well. The sex is explicit and fits the story. I enjoyed it and the story flowed well. The story is not really long but not exactly short either.

Another hot blue-collar romance from Alexx Andria. This story takes a man who's tired of life into one who's willing to fight for something, or someone. Charlie has a cause that needs a hero, and Damon reluctantly steps into that role. They go from hating each other into a supernova of sensuality. Her cause also shows him a way to a better future. There's an exciting climax to the story and an HEA that I won't spoil. You need to read it for yourself! I highly recommend this, and any book written by this author!!

If you are looking for a bad boy book with a little edge of darkness then Caged is the book for you. Alexx Andria did a fantastic job with the story line and the characters. This is my first book by this author and i it will not be the last. There was just enough suspense, sexiness and dirty sweetness to keep you entertained and wanting more. The chemistry between Damon and Charlie is insane and electrifying. What will Damon do to keep Charlie safe? Will they be able to get a HEA? When Damon rescues Charlie when she is being manhandled, they both end up going on the run, as the kingpin Louis is the owner of the underground boxing world, and he wants Charlie for himself, and Damon dead!! The chemistry between Charlie and Damon is explosively hot. No spoilers from me through, you really need to read this amazing book for yourself!
This story is action packed, intense, dark, passionate, suspenseful, and a rollercoaster of a ride. This author has written an amazing storyline, and I highly recommend her work for all, and I cannot wait to read more form her.
