I used this book to get me through my Charted Institute of Personnel and Development Level 3 Human Resources course. An absolute life-saver and a fantastic book to get an entry into Human Resources field. Read this page to page over and over while studying over the last few years.

How I rate my books.
1 star - I personally didn't enjoy this book
2 star - The idea of the storyline was good, didn't enjoy the writing style
3 star - Fine. I neither enjoyed or disliked this book
4 star - I enjoyed this book, but for me there was something missing
5 star - Love it. Buy it. Read it. NOW!
