Sam specialty was convincing young athletes that her company was the place to be. As sport agent she need to be where athletes at, & right now they seem to be in Grand City, Michigan
Apparently, Las Vegas did not have the market cornered on weirdos. Great. Sam had few weird stuff happen to her in Las Vegas, now someone had vandalized her new apartment & car.
Sam finds herself in the middle of being stalked by a sick serial killer. Their seem have been half dozen murders & all of them seem to be similar in facial features as Sam. So now she finds herself trying to fighting to keep herself safe from bizarre nightmare-

This was intense, action packed & exciting read, with plenty of twist & turns. You can always find few steamy scenes here & there in Jayne Blue’s books

Ripper is a Tortured Heroes Novel by Jayne Blue. When Sam finds herself the target of a serial killer FBI Agent Kyle Duvall is tasked with keeping her safe in this exciting romantic suspense thriller. Sam is a sports agent specialising in MMA fighters, so being feisty and forthright is a must in her world so doing as Kyle says just isn't working for her. These two are great characters, the story line is brilliant, edge of your seat stuff, I loved it and highly recommend it. I received this copy free for a voluntary review.

A very good book. Exciting, suspenseful, fun, and lots of many other things. What a life of surprises for her. A very tense one. It was exciting to see how things were handled and how he became involved. I was given a review copy and voluntarily review it.

Not The Obvious
An ARC was given to me and I agreed to voluntarily review it. My opinions are my own. This is a entertaining intense read about a young woman being stalked and she didn't even know it for a while. He has been deep undercover for years and he's finally out. He was glad to get a new assignment instead of being on desk duty. His new assignment knocked his socks off and he become quite possessive. Enjoy I did.

Another great story from Jayne Blue. Totally ripped FBI Agent hardened from his undercover roles finds his next case a little harder to stay detached. Blending a little Grand City MMA action and honorable mentions of some of our Great Wolf fighters Agent Duvall's assignment is protecting the beautiful sports agent Sam. Sparks heat up the story line as it morphs into danger and murder. Check it out to find the heartstopping end!

Tough heroine
Sam is tough and can take care of herself. Kyle realizes this and is proud of her for it. He's attracted to her strength and light. When a killer comes after her he's determined to keep her safe, both for her and for him. He wants them to have a future together.

A decent read but my least favorite of this series. Very formulaic, insta-love/sex, didn't really connect with the "love", figured out the villain before the end. But still a decent read.

This is one of these stories which I couldn't stop reading.
I just needed to know what was going to happen next.
If the sick stalker and serial killer would get to Sam or not.
Kyle is there to protect her, but luckily Sam can also look after herself.
Sparks fly between them from the first moment.
There are some twists in this story I only saw coming when I was really close to them, bjut never thought at the beginning the story would go this way.
I also like the way Sam is working with her fighters. And it is fun to read what this does with Kyle.
Kyle isn't into a relationship at all, but he can't get Sam out of his head. I totally understand that, especially if you read how hot and fantastic they are together.
Great read.

Jayne Blue is a star at my favorite genre of romantic suspense and this book is awesome. The series is great but this installment stands out head and shoulders above the others for me. The hidden strength of our Alpha AND our Girl, neither prepared to back down. The story is gritty, gruesome, filled with suspense and surprise. I never saw that ending coming. Well written Jayne, loved it.

So when her life is threatened she doesn't take well to having a Law enforcing body guard tagging along. Sam has a tough enough job to do without Kyle watching her every move, no matter how hot he looks!

This was an interesting book, that kept me entertained. Sam and Kyle were likable characters, and I really liked them as a couple. It was fun following their story as they dealt with everything, and seeing how things turned out. I was gifted a copy.

Awesome contemporary romantic suspense story. Kyle is a good FBI agent but spent too many years undercover working to bring down a violent motorcycle gang. Now he's assigned to a smart, sexy and independent MMA agent. Sam has worked her way up in the business and isn't intimidated by burly MMA fighters. Unfortunatel, someone is killing women that looks like her and Kyle is now assigned to protect her. Their chemistry is explosive. This was a very well written suspense that kept the reader wondering who the 'Ripper' was until near the end. I received a complementary copy of this book and chose to write a review. I look forward to reading future books by Ms. Blue.

Agent Kyle Duvall had been deep under cover and did bad things he even did not know who he was and saved a man but had to give up under cover work and had bounties on his head so he was on office duty and that is when he meet the one and beautiful beauty smart and sassy Sam Bosque worked as a mma fighter agent and was being targeted by a serial killer and they meet sparks flow and they fell in love and head butted some of the times but so good and exciting book great story and great loving warmth of sexy kind lol good and loving book could not put it down oh yeah loved every minute of it. I enjoyed this story, one of my favorite genres. This is a great series; you can read the books in order or as stand alone. Kyle and Sam are great characters that you do meet in other books but not necessary to read for this story. They made a strong couple, Kyle is an FBI Agent and Sam works with a lot of MMA fighters. Neither one of them likes to back down from a fight; both together are the perfect couple. Kyle has been assigned to protect Sam after her home was vandalized, but there’s more to it than that, she has a stalker who happens to be a serial killer. This suspenseful story has surprises and twists with every page that you turn. Will Kyle find the stalker before it’s too late? Guess you’ll have to read for yourself to find out.

I was excited to start Kyle’s story after I first read a bit about him in Marked. I thought he was an interesting character then so I couldn’t wait to see how his story unfolds. I was also excited to read about Sam who I first read about in Clinch as Jessie's rep. I really like this book. It was a bit slow going at the start for me but I loved how they met close to the beginning and from then I just couldn’t put the book down, there was always something happening within the story. It was a great read.
I loved the interactions between Sam and Kyle, I thought they were great for each other and I liked the little banter they had between them. I would love to have known more about what happened when Kyle was undercover at the Devil’s Hawks and a bit of their backgrounds though

I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book. I loved the book it was the best one for me of the series. Jayne is a one of my favorite authors. I've read all her books and have loved how each storyline got better. Kyle was a big badass FBI agent who's assignment was to protect Sam from a serial killer. Sam's firm promotes MMA fighters that get noticed and if they're good enough they train at a Great Wolves Gym. Sam is a tough, sassy woman in her field of the MMA. Kyle has his demons and tries to fit in after going undercover with a deadly MC. I loved the chemistry with Sam and Kyle it was explosive. The storyline was extremely well written with a suspense side that keep me on the edge of my seat. It was a great escape and page turner. You definitely need to read a book by Jayne if you never did before. She always has a hot alpha character to escape with.

This is the fifth book in this amazing series, and is Kyle and Sam’s story. Kyle is an FBI agent, and Sam is a MMA agent. These two have explosive chemistry between them, but when a serial killer targets Sam, Kyle is determined to protect her no matter what.
This story is action packed, with twists & turns, suspense, excitement, mystery, and love. I adore Jayne’s books, and this one is certainly no different. I loved this story, and was hooked and captivated from the very beginning.

Fantastic book. I received a copy of this from the author and I couldn't wait to post a review. I love Jayne Blue's books. I was thrilled to find out what happened to Kyle after his undercover stint for the FBI in taking down the bad guys in the Great Wolves MC book Ryder. I enjoyed getting to know him and reading about his romance with Sam and how good he is at his job was a wonderful way to spend an afternoon. I can't recommend this book enough. Lots of action, romance and hot, steamy sex.

It’s not your ordinary story or characters. This is one author that knows how to take her readers on an exciting thrilling adventure. Sam is a strong woman who stands her ground meeting face to face muscle to muscle with the MMA fighters. For a girl like Sam one of the hardest things is to turn you life and safety over to another.
