Pop star, Cadence, has just finished her big tour and is moving to LA to record a new album. She is sad that the tour is over and that her friends, and her crush the lead guitarist, are all going away to pursue their own interests. Who will she talk to? Who will be there for her? How will she survive? She will never see her crush again! Lucky for Cadence her friends have it all figured out. One last sleep over and a few last moments with heart throb Dante, who believe it or not lives in LA already!

A genuine disappointment. The heroine is thoroughly vain, selfish and petulant. The poor little pop-star thing is just ridiculous. One can't help wondering if her friends aren't in it for the shadow of fame they enjoy. Although, at least they seem genuine and concerned about her happiness. The illustrations are disney-esque and colorful. Our heroine looks a lot like Rapunzel. The book is bright with a lot of pink. If vacuity is your thing, you'll enjoy this quick and silly little stocking stuffer.

I loved the romantic song and the last chapter was so cute!
