Fifteen year old Ruby, meets her friends at the fair one weekend, she also meets the new boys about to be headed to school with them.

Traveller Riley is handsome, a gentleman and a loyal friend Ruby never expected to gain but after saying goodbye to her friends at the fair, she doesn't expect things to take the turn they do.

This was a new adult book I had heard little about, but quickly found myself intrigued and caught up in the story that sees Riley and Ruby working together. I admit to questioning him at times though! This author kept me guessing right to the very end! An absolute must read by anyone who likes NA books and for all teenagers. It's message of online safety and the dangers that come with it are vital.

Excerpt:
I like to be like a quiet wallflower in the background. You know the first that everyone knows her name but no-one actually knows anything else about her. That's who I was...until Riley turned up.

An amazing first book by this author and I can't wait to see where she take this or read more of her work.

Aunque no es la gran maravilla de libro en cuanto a pequeños detalles de edición, me ha recordado mucho al estilo de A good girl's guide to murder.

I have always loved YA/Na even now that I am over 30. I couldn't put this book down, the story gripped me andwith the social media generation in full swing it not only highlights and tackles a real issue but #Meet does it with style and grit.

A teenager turns detective when her best friend seemingly disappears. Is she over reacting or is something not quite right.

Aswell as dealing with the main plot line you also get the day to day drama of female high school life that I'm sure we remember so well.

I really enjoyed this well written escape from reality and hope there may be more adventures to be had by Catriona and he replied friends.

I'm writing this review on behalf of my 13-year-old daughter. She loved this book. She was very animated and emotional as she told me about the storyline. This is a storyline that is relevant to today's teenagers, it highlights the dangers that can be associated with social media. Communicating and meeting strangers. As a parent of teens and a daughter still to reach this milestone, I would urge parents to introduce this book to their kids.

To begin, the beginning didn't capture my interest. By the middle of the book, I was intrigued. Not once had I expected it to be suspenseful. This Author proved me wrong, and I'm happy at the outcome. Ruby's best friend gets kidnapped but no one suspects a thing until Ruby goes with her gut instinct. She partners with Riley, her newfound friend to find out what had happened. It threw me off, and that's what I enjoyed the most about this book. (ARC)

Brilliantly written book about a very serious subject. Ruby is a wannabe detective just like her mam and when her friend starts acting strange and disappears she is determined to find out where she is. This book highlights the dangers of meeting strangers online and is a must read for everyone.

It has been so long since I have read a book like this! And I loved it! It was such a refreshing read for me. Full of so many questions that has made me put book two on my TBR list.

I fell in love with Ruby from the word go. This is a book that adults and teens a like can read an enjoy together.

It would make an ace TV series too! I cant wait to read more from Ruby!

This is a short, fast paced read. The mystery was good, but I think the book would have done well with being longer, to really develop the story. I know Ruby was only 15, but this read like my 12 year old journal. If this was longer, more drawn out with more detail, it would have been an easy 5 stars.

This book was absorbing and absolutely fascinating. I loved everything that happened in this book. The outcome was a little bit hard to understand but that's probably because I'm not a native speaker. Still, I can't wait to read the sequel!!

Corto, ligero y entretenido. Si tienes nivel básico de ingles puede ser leído tranquilamente y buscar las palabras que no entiendes.
Se siente como si fuera narrado por una nena de esa edad, ideal para los pequeños de la casa y para empezar a leer libros en ingles.

I loved reading books like this when I was younger I have always been a lover for a great storyline and this one had my heart going fast. I just need to know what was going on and where it would go.

It had me turning the page from page one keeping my mind working with Ruby and Riley. At first I did question Riley but soon found myself loving him. His loyalty to Ruby the need to help when he didn't need to is just overwhelming in some places. Ruby is a smart girl with two best friends she meet Riley and hits it off right away and they soon become great friends.

I'm not going to go in to detail and tell you what happens where is the fun in that? But I will say this book will have your heart going, wishing Ruby and Riley get to where they need to be in time before it's too late.

Will they make it?
Will they find her?
Will she live?

Read it to find out you will no be disappointed. I can't wait to read book 2. K.M Pyne has done outstanding with this storyline I personally can't wait to read more from this new Author.

I was so lucky to Beta this book. It's a fantastic YA read. #Meet is like a modern day Nancy Drew, which I grew up with and loved with a hint of Pretty Little Liars.

#Meet is book one in the series. Ruby is in high school, she is the daughter of a police detective. The apple doesn't fall far from the tree, Ruby goes off to solve her first case. There's some drama as we get to learn about the characters and a great mystery. I even got goosebumps.

KM Pyne is a new author, if you like YA books and mysteries you're going to want to check her out!!!

#Meet is the first in a novella series. Don't let this short, quick read mislead you. Its full of mystery and suspense and deals with a very real problem in society today. The way that the story unfolds will keep you guessing until the end. The last few chapters wrapped up this first novella in a rather cute way. It definitely made me happy for the characters. I'm happy to report that it doesn't end in a cliffhanger that will have you impatiently waiting for the next installment.

Although I'm older than the intended audience of this book I find YA an easy read and when I read the synopsis on the book it sounded good and I was not disappointed. Found it a good easy read with an easy to follow plot line and although kinda knew where it was all headed was still enjoyable to read.

Cute fast-paced story with a nancy drew vibe. It was a fun read with a sweet cast of characters facing the challenge of protecting a friendship and following their gut. Good YA read with a great moral.
