I enjoyed Forever The One. I had already read the other books in the series so I was already familiar with Kingston and Lana. She’s struggling with the repercussions of being in an abusive relationship. Kingston is doing his best to support, being patient and give her space to deal and heal. Their friendship and them as lovers is a roller coaster ride of emotions. Their connection and chemistry is intoxicating and beyond hot. I liked and enjoyed how deep their love goes! Also Shayla and Trey are the best and supportive friends ever.
I was waiting for the other shoe to drop and I had my suspicions about what would happen, so when the cliffhanger happened I wasn’t surprised. The story was somewhat predictable but the characters made me enjoy this story.

WOW oh WOW where to even start ! Cause I don't even know where to begin cause in all honesty this book was perfection and words can't even begin to explain how much I loved this book

This is the third book in the forever the one series , This is differently not a stand-alone and I recommend reading book one always the one and book two always us before reading forever the one . To get a insight into all the characters and the minds and life behind them and the story that leads into forever us .
This book has characters from both the first and second book in them , tray and Shayla but forever the one is based on the life of Kingston and Lana , This book is crammed with so much sadness, passion, hurt , betrayal, heartbreak , lust , bad memories and of course love . Which will leave you reaching for the tissues so be ready ! Forever the one is a book I'll forever have burned deep in my heart Kingston and Lana have my hooked line and sinker and boy do I never wanna let go ...

I highly recommend reading the previous books before this one because the characters are all together once again even though this is Lana & Kingston's story. Be ready for one intense roller coaster ride of emotions and make sure you have a box of tissues near by if you're anything like me. The love, passion and heartbreak are so beautifully written you'll feel as though you're experiencing it all yourself. Incredible story that I couldn't put down. This is my unbiased and voluntary review.

You have the lovable character's from the 1st and 2nd book Trey, Shayla which is who the first two books are mainly based on. Now we get Lana and Kingston's story. There is sadness, bad memories, heart break, lust, passion and but so much love crammed in this book.
Kingston and Lana are best friend's they are also the perfect foul mouthed duo. Kings is a loveable caveman with a heart of gold, Lana is the Queen of sassy attitude to cover her heart break.
Kingston loves Lana, but she's been abused in her past and covers her pain. Lana is a hot mess pushing Kings away all the time, she loves him but after what Joel done to her its hard to trust. They fight then make up having seriously hot sex, they are like a vinyl on repeat. These two make the perfect pair, they just need to get their heads in gear with their hearts and tell each other how they really feel. At the end of book two Lana has a secret which could be the end of her and Kingston. This is the continuation of the Always and Forever series, but has different characters in the spotlight. Layla and Kingston are meant to be...Layla just has a hard time accepting Kingston's love due to her past. Layla had a very abusive relationship in high school, and Kingston (Layla's best friend's brother) has loved her just as long. He is dedicated and sure of his feelings, which is a good thing, because Layla is a constant push/pull for and against him. She is pregnant with is his baby ( I don't feel like this is a spoiler because it was known in in Book 2) and has to figure out how the puzzle pieces of her relationship with Kingston work. She loves him, but she is scared...honestly she annoyed me at times. Kingston redeems what ill feelings I felt though...he is an protective alpha male to the core.
There is drama that ultimately could tear them apart or make them stronger, and the book does end on a cliffhanger.
I am anxious to see them get their HEA! On to book 4!

First off know this book may have triggers to some, due to Lana past abusive relationship. Lana has been best friends with Shayla, Kingston and Trey forever. When one night when Lana is living a nightmare and wanted it to end her, King comes to her rescue. Moving to Seattle to start over hoping her pass stays in the pass, Kingston is ready to take steps to make Lana his. They have ups and downs more then most but with her pass Kings will do what ever it takes to make her his forever. Just when you think it's good mystery items start appearing at her door, the threats hard to forget. Can they really put the pass behind them and have their HEA or will the mad man from Lana's pass pull Her away from the true happiness she has found in her Kings arms where he makes her feel safe and most of all Loved. This author writing is amazing, she makes you feel what her characters feel. I totally recommend his book and her others.

This is the Lana and Kings story (the first part of it anyway), telling of the turmoil in the beginning of their relationship. Kingston passionately loves Lana with everything in him and Lana continuously pushes him away due to a past abusive relationship. The push and pull of their relationship will have your head going side to side faster than a tennis match but in a good way that just sucks you deeper into their story and relationship. It will have you rooting for them the whole way through.

I had to take a few hours to wrap my head around this one before I left my review. All the feels is an understatement. Lana is a WARRIOR, she is so fierce even when she feels so broken. She has more strength than is even imaginable ... Kingston OMG sweet patient Kingston. He is one in a million even when Lana pushes him away with everything she has he never walks away. His love never waivers for a second. Watching them heal was so inspiring.....

Forever The One will forever be burned in my heart. This book has completely turned me inside out. It is beautifully written and flows effortlessly. Warning, there are triggers and emotionally sensitive materials in this book. This book is raw and told with so much truth and emotion that you feel as if everything happened to you.
Lana and Kingston are like a match to a flame. They are the perfectly imperfect couple that are best friends who were drawn together like a moth to a flame. Kingston and Lana both loved each other as teenagers but never let their feelings known. Lana was in an abusive relationship and Kingston was always there for her. He didn't know the extent of her tournament until it was too late. That abuse left her cold and closed off at times. The harder Kingston tries to break through, the more she tries to shut down. Lana was all about sex but no emotional attachment with Kingston. Let me just say, these two have burn the house down epically hot sex. They fight, have sex, and start all over again. Kingston is so in love with Lana and is beyond alpha, which is totally hot, but with Lana's past it only makes things harder. Both Lana and Kingston's past is keeping them from moving forward. Just when they both start to get in sync with their feelings something happens.

I absolutely loved Kingston and Lana's story. This was a beautiful book and I can't wait for their conclusion. I have just discovered this author and am so glad. Her books are beautifully written and the men are deliciously Alpha. This is a must read author.

So much angst! Book three and I’m still dying for more! Finally getting to learn about Lana and Kingston’s relationship and it is both tragic and beautiful. Their bond is even stronger 14yrs later and watching them come together is amazing! Unfortunately there is so still so much angst and drama getting in their way! This cliff hanger is killing me!

My Heart….
I haven’t read any other book In this series. But man if they are anything like this one I am in for a roller coaster ride! Lana and Kingston are incredible. Lana is strong. Kingston is strong. Together they are unstoppable. I have a feeling Joel is in for a nasty ride.

sick book. Lana has a very tragic past and Kingston helped her/ is helping her getting through it. She gets pregnant with Kingstons child. Joel is a sick fuck who almost killed Lana. He is SO toxic. He went into prison but got out six months earlier because of his “good behavior”.

God, I can't even put into words how much this book got me. I read Always The One expecting to fall in love but I read Forever a The One expecting a broken heart. The author did a good job of both. Their love story wasn't easy but it was so worth it.

Forever The One is heartbreaking Beautifully!! It is a story of best friends whom are true soul mates! Lana and Kings have gone through so much not only together, but on their own as well. Forever The One tells of unimaginable pain, the road to overcoming not only self doubt, but years of emotional and physical abuse, ones true strength when the only option you have is to fight and let someone help and love you through it, the journey of two lovers as they truly become one, and the will, determination, hope, and faith of true love!! Alot of you may not like Lana at first, but don't give up on her! She is an amazingly beautifully broken woman who is just as scared as she is in love with her King. (You will understand when you read their story) And Kings...that man is an Alpha with a capital A! He is a foul-mouthed, smartass, big teddy bear who loves his Queen with a love so fucking fierce it boards obsession, but in a good way!!

The roller coaster I felt in this….
I was scared that Lana and Kingston would never be able to get passed the issues and see how much they needed and wanted each other in the most primal and authentic ways.
But I knew CC would not disappoint me and she didn’t.
I loved this even more then the Always Duet which I didn’t think could be topped.
If you love angst, sexy time, and two people who fight each other as much as they love each other….. please read this <3

What a love story!
Kingston and Lana have been best friends forever. Fate has kept them apart for years until they decided it was time for a change. They fight like cats and dogs because they both want the same thing, but live with fear and regrets restraint their happiness. They come full circle in their relationship only to have the past return.. To be continued.. In the next book.

4.5 Stars!
I felt a very deep connection to this story. Mostly towards Lana because I’ve been where she’s at.
The chemistry was off the charts hot.
I felt like I could feel the cliffhanger coming so when it did I wasn’t surprised but still very much antsy about what was going to happen next.
